I know that the algorithm loves consistency, one thing that you can do is create videos when your really in the groove or enjoying it, create a backlog or extra videos that you can post when you are a little bit behind it. I want to participate in a Draw this but I am just not excited about most of the ones on Instagram but you might consider doing one of Charlie and creating a video of submissions from your viewers? A quick n easy video idea and you just make a slideshow and voiceover for the pictures as they scroll bye! You can use what ever tools you like with digital artwork, brushes and layers are all on the table for you to use! Lovely elf bye the bye! Please take care, be safe and enjoy the rest of your day!

Out of curiosity, what program do you use? Anyways, this came out beautifully. I love the big eyes. Elves are very closely related to fairies, so the larger eyes really work. Sets her apart from just a human with pointy ears. Me, I'm getting major sorceress vibes!

How did you get your job?

I started as a temp to cover leave and then I applied for the permanent post when it was available. In the UK you don't need a qualification to work in a library as an assistant. I have always designed my own crafts and colouring pages. I started the online content during lockdown.
