    To be honest, High Park Residences is one of the few condos that tired us out when exploring their facilities 😂 It's super massive, and the condo offers a lot to families. Our favourite facility is the water slide - something that may seem trivial, but a boatload of fun for kids! What do you like about this development? Comment your thoughts below!

    I really love that the developer pays extra attention to the common areas by providing a lot of greenery and 'hanging-out' amenities for the residents. I personally love it when my surroundings are full of plants and trees. The sound of cascading waterfall is truly zen. And not to mention Reuben's soothing voice and casual yet calm presentation style 🤣

      Agreed! High Park Residences facilities is really great - and it's nice that the landscaping is pretty good too, really gives the feeling that you're living in a 'park'. Happy to hear you're digging Reuben's style!

    You might like to add that just outside the side gate leading to Jalan Kayu is a huge , garden and playground with a a mini adventure setting is now being constructed , everything is on elevated land

    I live here, after 2 years I havent finish exploring the facilities. All my friends fall down when they try to get on the hammock. Haha

    I have lived in the Sengkang area since I was small and didn't even knew of this property development 😳

      Hey! It is quite far out from the main Sengkang station. It also TOP recently, so it's may not be known by many in the neighbourhood 😀

      Hi, high park residences is more to Sengkang West side, near to Sengkang Mall, right next to Thanggam LRT STATION , and a stone 's throw from Jalan Kayu.

    Great review!!! perhaps to note that Jalan Kayu is nearer going out through the side gate that which leads to the LRT as well....

    I considering to get resale one bedder is it worth to buy it since all the 1st owners already profit

      Hey Jackie, it is possible that the owners already profit also due to developers selling it at a price lower than what it could've priced to sell out, not so much that the prices today have taken into account the future development of Sengkang. In fact, we do think there's still some potential for appreciation here, in our opinion:
      1) Punggol Digital District could have some spillover effects
      2) Possibility of an upcoming MRT station in the Land Transport Master Plan (LTMP 2040)
      3) Land to the west of Sengkang West has been earmarked for future development. We might be seeing a hub for industries and logistics here in the near future which adds to the rentability of this area.
      It would also depend on your holding period here. Of course, gains are never guaranteed!

    The development only have 6 towers not 14 towers.

      Maybe the correct description is 6 towers. And each floor has about 8 units with 3 lifts serving every floor, no long wait.

    Nice house, but wayy to expensive for a location that is literally in North East. 1.2k-1.4kpsf for somewhere in pg/sk. Yes, there are many cool and excellent amenities for visitors and owners... But I'm not very sure if ur gonna go there and use it everyday.. And the monthly fee for all the amenities must be expensive.. Cool condo development overall. But wayy to pricy for a location in Sk/pg.

      Thanks for the info! The monthly fee is quite okay because there're many units here. We think the pricing is okay, many buyers in the resale market has accepted this price.

      two years late, location will add up cost. this is 1.++ million where another at orchard is 10++ million
