When I read Matthew 6:7 it makes me think of the rosary . . .? "But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking." Hebrews 4:16 Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
And yet God says in Matthew "this is how you should pray, and teaches them to pray "The Our father" which they are beinh asked to pray always. Please. It's important not to cherry pick your bible verses. The bible should be read holistically dear friend. many people think they can decide what each verse in scripture means but noooo that wouldn't make sense. It is the reason why there is so much confusion within Christianity. So many have no idea what they believe.
Why live in sin cause your leadership is corrupt. You're infallible Pope at the time Leo with his lavished spending was trying to sell souls to heaven. Our faith we can vote/cast out the weeds. Have seen this done. But i agree you got to live witb it til he retire or dies. We don't. Thats the difference.
