I own the two CD's that Yngve Guddal and Roger T. Matte have released so far, and I do enjoy them, a bit more the first than the second but it comes from the choice of songs, maybe... They often did an amazing job... they mostly respected the vocal lines and added some colours. a lot of virtuosity sometimes, but not only that. Last year, Yngve Guddal has posted on RUclips a version of the two of them doing "Supper's Ready", which hasn't been recorded for a CD, yet.
