MyTicket Events is a free WordPress plugin that helps people sell and organize events online. It is integrated into WooCommerce checkout, has its customizable PDF ticket module, supports email notifications and various event listing layouts, such as:

Hi Kenzap! Amazing plugin, thanks for all your hard word. Just quick question.
Is there a option to group tickets together for a single event? for example if i have an event and two separate tickets for that event. (General & VIP) is there a way to group it so when you click on the event you have say a drop down menu or something to choose your seating preference.

You need to debug your website API or switch to the Cloud solution instead.

I activated the plugin (by downloading it and pressing the "activate" button). However, it does not seem to work. When creating new products, I do not see the field with dates, etc. as you have in the video. Пожалуйста, подскажите что делать

I have just created an event ticketing platform to sell entry tickets for different sports events.
Do you know if there is a plugin/dashboard that I can add to my website to allow event organizers access to see how many participants have entered their event and find other data related to this? Appreciate your advice
what platform did you use?
Myticket metaboxes on woocommerce products are not displayed. I've tried to rollback wordpress core and woocommerce, but nothing solved this issue. Any clues?

I'm probably tired but can't work out how I can have a myticket-event product and a non-ticket. For example a ticket but also sell another product that is a cap. Or a programme Something that is a "normal" woocommerce product *alongside* a ticketed event.

Currently this is a limitation since when you add a ticket and a non ticket product the checkout process should differ but it can not.
The best workaround to this problem is to launch your shop or ticket selling under different subdomain with another wp instance.

Anyway, a question / suggestion - I am selling only online events, and would be great to have the option to restrict part of the content of the event, to be visible only to those registered - to place event link (zoom), and event recording. Unless it's already possible?
You can achieve partial content restriction with the help of other plugins, such as Ultimate Members

Nice plugin - just what i was looking for. However i do have a question in case i want to sell a regular product. It is possible to remove the ticket "option" and do not send PDF on a regular product. Like selling a subscription it just need to send the order confirmation without a QR and PDF but for an event you would really like to have the QR and PDF option. Thanks in advance
If I understand you correctly you want to use one website both for selling woocommerce products and PDF tickets.
Ideally you need to separate it. For example, create separate shopping site like shop.yourwebsite.com
I am using wp-event manager for listing the events so can this plugin will be useful with wp-event manager plugin?
Plugins work entirely independently of each other.

This is a know issue with the last version. Next release should fix that.
Hello. Thanks for the video. Do I have to have a payment method set up for my ticketing options if I am charging $0.00 for my event or if I do it via a RSVP option? Also: is there some sort of option where only agents of my choice can book tickets when they log in with a username and password?
For payment you can choose cash upon delivery or woocommerce also had this feature to checkout without payment gateway.

Hello, why can't i get it working, I'm talking with the support over the week, no result. Trying to get to work with ticketing theme. I'm considering to ask refund and move on with other plugins.

Depending on your logics but you can implement woocommerce variable products. (without seat reservation)

You can any data that comes with woocommerce checkout. What kind of information is that specifically?
@@KenzapCloud Hi, Pavel. First i would like to know if when i scan the qr code, i can get back the date of the event and the name below instead of the phone number or the document. And add on the .PDF ticket some custom woocommerce fields i created.

Goodmorning, love this plugin it's very easy to use and exactly what we need. Now i have a little problem. De download button doesn't work, i get an error if i want to download the pdf after purchasing a ticket. And i don't receive any mails. Can you help us?

@@aflerie5995 1. You need to remove the code from the PDF ticket that sends the font.
Filezila should not be affected by this case. If you are not able to connect via FTP then there might be another issue with your site or access credentials not valid provided.
@@KenzapCloud i just found out that i have a wordpress.com website and it is not possible to connect to your code. it is only possible if you have a wordpress.org site. Do you have any other solution? because i can't remove the code like you asked :/
@@aflerie5995 yes wordpress.com is limited in this sense. We will roll out a new release within a couple of days. This must likely will fix your issue.

You can grant users access to the backend to create events. However there is no special interface for that.

You start with restricting via the Woocommerce inventory and set mqx number of stock available.

How can I restart the ticket id from #001
IDs are generated by the database directly.
To restart its numbering you need to wipe some Woocommerce tables that contain orders.
This requires data removal directly under mysql database.
