All the other teams they showcase their leading scorer .what that does it helps with any endorsements and also it helps their draft stock in the long run . Example dyaisia fair for Syracuse is one other leading scorers and dynamic players in the country since her freshman year is she on the radar for wnba draft top picks? Got to give credit to LSU, or moreso Morris, as they closed the gap to I think 2 or 3 points. They just couldn't keep it going or stop SC. For LSU, this was a big game. For SC, it was a regular game. Another team on the schedule.

Anyone who thought LSU had a chance against South Carolina does not know basketball. The depth, maturity, and honest grit South Carolina plays with is unmatched. It has taken Dawn years to build a solid team like the one she has and now she is on the path to creating a legacy of greatness at SC. LSU, is a young team and Mulkey still has a lot of work to do, but she is off to a good start.
Almost anybody got a chance, maybe not when Zia and Saxton shoot over 40% two more girls shoot over 50% and then everybody else shoot of 60 and 70%. It's hard to beat that.

This game was over by the end of the first quarter. LSU was drained by the end of first half. S. Carolina has large roster of great players with a lot of height. It will take a red hot shooting team with some luck to beat them. S. Carolina is winning the battle in recruiting too.

Loved watching LSU getting humbled in front of 18,000 fans. LSU played real champions Sunday that dish out posterior whippings on a consistent basis. SC has brought plenty of tears to opposing locker rooms and no doubt will bring many more.

History will say that both these teams went to the Final Four. South Carolina won the SEC Regular season and Tournament Titles, but LSU - that LSU- is and will always be the 2023 National Champion! LSU scored 100 or more against cupcake cakes... and they served a 102 pt Cupcake Special to the team that beat South Carolina. It ain't over to the Fat Lady sings and the Fat Lady hadn't even showed up for rehearsal if you go by this game. What LSU did was get better throughout the season. They shot bricks, they screwed up, they choked against Tennessee, but Coach Mulkey told them to keep playing defense. They were challenged by Utah and Miami, horrible offense in the Miami game but LSU went to the Final Four confident and they decided in the 4th quarter against Virginia Tech they were going to tighten up and dictate on offense. From the 4th quarter in the seminal game, LSU scored 131 pts! Those were the Cupcake/ Play a Real Team Numbers. . But LSU danced with the Girl They Brought. And the Girl They Brought would've decimated any women's team. They kept saying don't let Iowa get 80 pts... well .. Don't let LSU get 100 pts!!! South Carolina would've got that same work .. South Carolina was 4/20 from 3pt against Iowa. LSU was 11/17..that's more bang for your buck. People underestimated LSU all year, but LSU scored the most points in the Semis and they scored the most points in the Finals. There was an SEC team that played for the National Title (and it wasn't South Carolina)... and the 2023 NCAA Champion hails from the SEC (and it wasn't South Carolina) The 2023 NCAA National Champion is LSU. That LSU!

South Carolina isn't the first team to have big girls. Kim Mulkey had Kalama Brown and Lauren Cox at Baylor, 6-7 and 6-5...so they would've matched up well with Cardoso and Boston. Plus Griner is 6-9 and played at Baylor. Teams have always coveted big players and will continue to do so, but South Carolina isn't the first team to have a big frontline.

Nah. I’m not a super fan of either team (Lady Vols fan), but I think Reese had subpar game but to me she is better than Boston. More athletic and her skillset is deeper. Aliya has a more consistent jumper. Also Caitlin Clark should get National Player of The Year, but if anybody gets it on the South Carolina team it should be Zia Cooke. For those who have attended the games this year (at least those we know), a free sandwich has shown up in the 4th qtr on the Chick-fil-A app regardless of whether free throws are missed or not. So, if you attend games, and have the app you might want to check it to see if a free sandwich is there. My wife and those sitting around us have gotten sandwiches from every game so this year, I believe.

Loved watching LSU getting humbled in front of 18,000 fans. LSU played real champions Sunday that dish out posterior whippings on a consistent basis. SC has brought plenty of tears to opposing locker rooms and no doubt will bring many more.

History will say that both these teams went to the Final Four. South Carolina won the SEC Regular season and Tournament Titles, but LSU - that LSU- is and will always be the 2023 National Champion! LSU scored 100 or more against cupcake cakes... and they served a 102 pt Cupcake Special to the team that beat South Carolina. It ain't over to the Fat Lady sings and the Fat Lady hadn't even showed up for rehearsal if you go by this game. What LSU did was get better throughout the season. They shot bricks, they screwed up, they choked against Tennessee, but Coach Mulkey told them to keep playing defense. They were challenged by Utah and Miami, horrible offense in the Miami game but LSU went to the Final Four confident and they decided in the 4th quarter against Virginia Tech they were going to tighten up and dictate on offense. From the 4th quarter in the seminal game, LSU scored 131 pts! Those were the Cupcake/ Play a Real Team Numbers. . But LSU danced with the Girl They Brought. And the Girl They Brought would've decimated any women's team. They kept saying don't let Iowa get 80 pts... well .. Don't let LSU get 100 pts!!! South Carolina would've got that same work .. South Carolina was 4/20 from 3pt against Iowa. LSU was 11/17..that's more bang for your buck. People underestimated LSU all year, but LSU scored the most points in the Semis and they scored the most points in the Finals. There was an SEC team that played for the National Title (and it wasn't South Carolina)... and the 2023 NCAA Champion hails from the SEC (and it wasn't South Carolina) The 2023 NCAA National Champion is LSU. That LSU!

I am watching this re-play and lord SC is so damn big in the middle. The LSU players throwing their hands up lik" what the shit we suppose to do". Watch college teams going to start recruiting bigs for the the middle. Its not much room down there with Boston and Kamilla.
South Carolina isn't the first team to have big girls. Kim Mulkey had Kalama Brown and Lauren Cox at Baylor, 6-7 and 6-5...so they would've matched up well with Cardoso and Boston. Plus Griner is 6-9 and played at Baylor. Teams have always coveted big players and will continue to do so, but South Carolina isn't the first team to have a big frontline.

Nah. I’m not a super fan of either team (Lady Vols fan), but I think Reese had subpar game but to me she is better than Boston. More athletic and her skillset is deeper. Aliya has a more consistent jumper. Also Caitlin Clark should get National Player of The Year, but if anybody gets it on the South Carolina team it should be Zia Cooke. Also Zia Cooke or Angel Reese should be SEC Player of the Year.

So, if you attend games, and have the app you might want to check it to see if a free sandwich is there.

exactly what I said! Uconn is my team and we lost by less than 10. All this game did was expose LSU. Angel seemed scared and off her game. Morris was the only one making it happen for LSU and she couldnt pull off the win alone. LSU needed to step up.
