She showed them that once again how elite of a player she is, & broke rookie record w/ no rookie in the history of the WNBA scoring 25 pts 5+ Asts & 5+ rebounds!!! 3 3-pters made, a total of 9 assists, almost a double double, 1 steal, 1 block & didn't have the highest turnovers in the league, having 3. Though she didn't make as many 3 pts shots that she wishes she could make, get mid range game is has progressed & developed so much since getting back from the Olympic break & fighting to cut in to the paint, making lay-ups!!!

But I think CC fans now are equally tired, EXHAUSTED & DONE w/ the WNBA due to what we saw again in the playoffs!!!!! Robin the officiating is so so bad. It could genuinely be the reason we lost this game but even if it wasn’t, it makes it so painful to watch this league. You know people, is there anything that can be done to do an investigation? Or to make it better? Do you think there will be changes in the off season. Mitchell was not effective...hero ball, 5 turnovers. Caitlin went out like an MVP. She was gassed because she had to create her own shots and face guarded by different players. She needs an effective sub. What a brilliant point guard she is! Suns shot 23 free throws, Fever only 9...what the heck! They need a deeper bench and new coach. They need a tough male coach who doesn't put up with refs, coaches and toughens up his players. You did a great job Robin. See you next season.

Christie Sides must be replaced with an experienced head coach that knows X's and O's while bringing out the best in the players. The Fever need a coach who will put Clark & the team in numerous positions to succeed.

That was the Fever's best game of the year, IT WAS a WAR! It looked as if the Fever had nothing left to give in the 4th quarter, they were on FUMES and they refused to quit and they reeled in the Sun. It came down to the Sun making 2 tough 3's and the Fever missing their 2 open looks from 3. Great season, they have nothing to regret, they went down FIGHTING!💚💚💚💚💚

Caitlin played so hard. The Fever put their hearts out there. It looked like Wheeler was an enforcer. AB was battling. Lexie maxxed effort again. Temi put herself in the line of fire. Dantes solid. And..... I have so much enjoyed discovering this Fever team. I will miss them...until April.
I'm proud of her, too. Its not just the missed foul calls though, its the fact that Alyssa Thomas moved on almost every screen and finished the game with ZERO personal fouls even though she was fouling like crazy 😂

Robin, lets get this right, the fever played feisty because they had to. The media including you werent for the fever. The refs didnt give the fever a shot, not one. These high school refs were as corrupt as it gets. There were at least 3 gregious calls that should have been called that werent- Carrington, Bonner and Mabrey. Sandlot basketball at its worse. Even the WNBA announcers made a huff about a Bonner 3pt foul against CC that wasnt called. Yes the fever didnt looked good at times. They looked slow and their shooting wasnt good at times. But CC played tough and finished well and finished with a 25-5-5 and became the first rookie in a playoff to do that. So there shouldnt be any negativity to her effort, unlike what you are doing? Now the WNBA wants to slap the fever fan base, really? The prejudice and the criminal investigations should start with the WNBA office. The very teams that they are trying to protect, on and off the court are some of the most prejudice organizations out there. Players flashing gang signs. Premediated acts of violence on the court. Blatant bias by referees, cowardly referee blindness, boldly on national TV where they state they were blocked by seeing calls when video says otherwise. The WNBA should change its name to BBNBA(Blind Bias NBA). A disgrace to the name of basketball.
Caitlin Clark is generational. Goes out with a bang. Sealing her amazing rookie season with another record stat line that will be hard to break. Unfortunately this team wasn't properly set up for winning this game. Better luck next year! BTW, the refs were awful, of course, but more consistently and less one-sided this time, and even reversed some calls when challenged. The no-calls are more problematic, and the biggest problem is the level and inconsistency of the officiating in general.

This game showed me she's a champion waiting to be. Exactly the type of game she needed to have after the bad last game she had. Unfortunately the rest of the team couldn't follow her. Indiana is a coach and 2 starters away from a championship.

Lexi played her heart out too and had a really good game. Temi had a decent game with a couple of amazing moments including that wonderful 3! It would be awesome to see how this team would gel over a few years, as I believe they have the chemistry, the heart, the youth, and the talent, but that ain't gonna happen. There is far too much money at stake regarding CC. Heads will roll, trades will happen all in an urgency to make a money machine asap. Two seasons from now the Fever we watched tonight heroically fight for a third game will be a memory.
They can't seem to stick the dagger in with these better teams. Hopefully, she will take the off-season, find the best S&C coach she can find, and come back bigger, faster, and stronger. Management needs to get a more reliable #4 and bench, and this team will be unstoppable.
The Sun defense was designed to take Mitchell out of the eqation. There isn't a prolific third option on the Fever. Clark can get her shot by her ball handling skills. Mitchell relies on being set up, much easier to shut her out of the flow of the offense. It was obvious all year that the Fever didn't have enough with this roster.
Great season by CC and Indiana. Gotta make some tough but needed roster changes over the break. And hopefully for the love of all things holy the W needs to address it's horrible officiating before next season

So many of these games its Caitlin vs the world. Her teammates can't keep up, her coach is not on point, the refs don't call blatant fouls, and then having to literally fight against the other teams players that are trying to get away with what they can. I've never seen anything like this in sports where it goes on an entire season.
Before the next season the WNBA needs a massive overhaul. Executives, the officials, some coaches and many of the TV talking heads. Otherwise the WNBA will stagnate until the NBA gets fed up and turns off the cash tap.

Fever played well. AB was better than good. Mitchell played good defense on Maybry. NIce to see Hull pulling the trigger on some shots. And, of course, CC shown brilliant.

That has been called and should have been called a flagrant 1. It was 3shots and the ball for the correct call. There should have been a flagrant 1 Marina close lining CC as well. Not one regular call on 2 flagrants is beyond help! Its not an even playing field for her too many times.

Mitchell reminded me of Jame Harden ....... High scores mean nothing if you can't execute in the playoffs .....recall Big game James Worthy whose playoffs form must have ensured that Lakers Magic had one or 2 more rings.

CC did more than well in her first year. She’s also a classy person. This is my first time to watch WNBA games. I discovered that, compared to the NBA, the players in WNBA are way dirtier and the referees are appalling. Oh, the open jealousy within and around the league. NBA never went to such egregious levels.
Yep!!!!! It was EXCITING to watch CC & the Fever & everyone was excited to watch them again after the Olympic break!!! But I think CC fans now are equally tired, EXHAUSTED & DONE w/ the WNBA due to what we saw again in the playoffs!!!!! Tbh I wasn't as disappointed w/ the loss, b/c I've hated seeing once again what CC has had to put up from the officiating & basically the league!!! 2 of the main players out 3 for the most improved player was Dijonai Carrington & Chennedy Carter!!! That should tell us everything we need to know!

Robin the officiating is so so bad. It could genuinely be the reason we lost this game but even if it wasn’t, it makes it so painful to watch this league. You know people, is there anything that can be done to do an investigation? Or to make it better? Do you think there will be changes in the off season. I came back to the Fever for Aliyah Boston , was thrilled when they got Caitlin Clark. Great first year by a solid core. Enjoy the offseason.
Mitchell was not effective...hero ball, 5 turnovers. Caitlin went out like an MVP. She was gassed because she had to create her own shots and face guarded by different players. She needs an effective sub. What a brilliant point guard she is! Suns shot 23 free throws, Fever only 9...what the heck! They need a deeper bench and new coach. They need a tough male coach who doesn't put up with refs, coaches and toughens up his players. You did a great job Robin. See you next season.

It's amazing how CC impacts our lives and I am thankful to have chosen the right person to watch and support. She has a rough season but she manages to overcome it. That was the Fever's best game of the year, IT WAS a WAR! It looked as if the Fever had nothing left to give in the 4th quarter, they were on FUMES and they refused to quit and they reeled in the Sun. It came down to the Sun making 2 tough 3's and the Fever missing their 2 open looks from 3. Great season, they have nothing to regret, they went down FIGHTING!💚💚💚💚💚

I’m glad I got to watch Caitlin’s rookie year. I’ve never watched WMBA, and barely any MBA. It was exciting! I’d don’e for the year now. We’ll see what next year brings.

Robin, lets get this right, the fever played feisty because they had to. The media including you werent for the fever. The refs didnt give the fever a shot, not one. These high school refs were as corrupt as it gets. There were at least 3 gregious calls that should have been called that werent- Carrington, Bonner and Mabrey. Sandlot basketball at its worse. Even the WNBA announcers made a huff about a Bonner 3pt foul against CC that wasnt called.
Yes the fever didnt looked good at times. They looked slow and their shooting wasnt good at times. But CC played tough and finished well and finished with a 25-5-5 and became the first rookie in a playoff to do that. So there shouldnt be any negativity to her effort, unlike what you are doing?
Now the WNBA wants to slap the fever fan base, really? The prejudice and the criminal investigations should start with the WNBA office. The very teams that they are trying to protect, on and off the court are some of the most prejudice organizations out there. Players flashing gang signs. Premediated acts of violence on the court. Blatant bias by referees, cowardly referee blindness, boldly on national TV where they state they were blocked by seeing calls when video says otherwise. The WNBA should change its name to BBNBA(Blind Bias NBA). A disgrace to the name of basketball.

BTW, the refs were awful, of course, but more consistently and less one-sided this time, and even reversed some calls when challenged.
The no-calls are more problematic, and the biggest problem is the level and inconsistency of the officiating in general.

This game showed me she's a champion waiting to be. Exactly the type of game she needed to have after the bad last game she had. Unfortunately the rest of the team couldn't follow her. Indiana is a coach and 2 starters away from a championship.

It would be awesome to see how this team would gel over a few years, as I believe they have the chemistry, the heart, the youth, and the talent, but that ain't gonna happen. There is far too much money at stake regarding CC. Heads will roll, trades will happen all in an urgency to make a money machine asap. Two seasons from now the Fever we watched tonight heroically fight for a third game will be a memory.
That which does not kill you only makes you stronger. CC will be back _with a vengeance_ next season.

They can't seem to stick the dagger in with these better teams. Hopefully, she will take the off-season, find the best S&C coach she can find, and come back bigger, faster, and stronger. Management needs to get a more reliable #4 and bench, and this team will be unstoppable.
The Sun defense was designed to take Mitchell out of the eqation. There isn't a prolific third option on the Fever. Clark can get her shot by her ball handling skills. Mitchell relies on being set up, much easier to shut her out of the flow of the offense. It was obvious all year that the Fever didn't have enough with this roster.
Great season by CC and Indiana. Gotta make some tough but needed roster changes over the break. And hopefully for the love of all things holy the W needs to address it's horrible officiating before next season

So many of these games its Caitlin vs the world. Her teammates can't keep up, her coach is not on point, the refs don't call blatant fouls, and then having to literally fight against the other teams players that are trying to get away with what they can. I've never seen anything like this in sports where it goes on an entire season.

Before the next season the WNBA needs a massive overhaul. Executives, the officials, some coaches and many of the TV talking heads. Otherwise the WNBA will stagnate until the NBA gets fed up and turns off the cash tap.

That has been called and should have been called a flagrant 1. It was 3shots and the ball for the correct call. There should have been a flagrant 1 Marina close lining CC as well. Not one regular call on 2 flagrants is beyond help! Its not an even playing field for her too many times.
