I don't know if you saw it on combo's video. But this is how i see complete vs well-rounded let me know if you agree/disagree.... On the Casey O'Neil debate. I think you guys were missing each other. I think there's a difference between being a complete fighter and being a well rounded fighter. Well rounded means you're versed in all the disciplines, competent and capable. Complete means you Excel in all disciplines AND mix them well at a high level. There are lots of well rounded fighters, not a lot of complete fighters. Valentina is a complete fighter, Amanda is a complete fighter, Weili is complete. Rose is complete, Grasso might be complete. Casey can be considered well rounded, but not complete. That's just my opinion. But I think Valentina meant well rounded because no way she think Casey is at her level.
