Look at his skill descriptions, especially the percentage energy damage they have been reduced considerably from the M.O.M uniform

try my rotation. I test him today he is awesome. Try 5,3c,4dc,2,1... 3c,4dc,2,1... T3rot: 6 don't cancel until the clones appear, 5,3c,4dc,2,1... 3c,4dc,2,1. I am running him with anger proc. with max hp and ignore dodge, with 0.9% per crit proc.

I think they might have made Dr strange new uniform weaker or less of an improvement. Because of the team-up collection.

Some of his skills the energy percentage damage got cut into half and 5th skill cool down not good it should be spamable every rotation
