    This song is about something we all can relate to. We all at one time have mixed feelings and emotions. And we all go through it at one time or another 🎉🎉The Stones are always making songs that are relevant to the times.

    Wow, when's the last time you heard THIS great song on the radio? It's been years! I think after the 90's FM radio simply removed it from their playlists. Such a shame too. This is classic Stones.

    • @scarrie729
      @scarrie729 10 лет назад +4

      So called classic cock radio stations refuse to play it-rather they need to play Satisfaction and Jumpin Jack Flash instead in endless rotation.

    • @surethingbaby
      @surethingbaby 10 лет назад +7

      scarrie729 Interesting, those are exactly the two songs (along with "Miss You" and "Start Me Up") that get WAY more play than the other songs. Hilariously, the only reason "You Can't Always Get What You Want" doesn't get played as much nowadays is because radio stations prefer not to play longer songs. Nowadays a long song is only reserved for special occasions, such as "American Pie", "Free Bird" or other songs. Just... awful.

      bill wyman was great in that album, it seems the band gave a very much needed leeway for him to do his best here something which hadnt happened in years , sadly bill wyman would leave them soon afte

    Mixed Emotions Is A Great Straight Up Killer Rock Song By The Rolling Stones And Totally Rocks It Needs To Be Fully Cranked Up All The Way To Full Maximum Volume.

    This is such an under-rated Stones song. I put it right up there with some of their classics from 68-72 period. They put out so much crap in the 80's but finally got back on track with Steel Wheels.

    When it comes to a drummer playing in the pocket not many are as good as Charlie White...and the bass line is perfect as well as the guitar riffs of kieth Richards and to bring it all together is the vocals of Mr. Mick Jaggur....awesome song indeed, pure rock and roll
