For the large grip mat, I placed mine down on a glass mat, and I use a dollar tree plastic cutting mat over the top for storage. It’s easy to put on and off. The glass mat I sit on a Ranger grey grip mat if I want it to be perfectly still, but I usually tilt it like a lapboard while I color which I really like. I enjoyed this; TFS.
That's a great idea! I’ve not heard of that before. I do have a glass mat, and a dollar tree down the road. I’m going to have to buy a cutting mat. Thanks for the tip!
I just love that you can use your daughter’s snack cup for the stamp shammy! It touches my heart so tenderly!! I miss my children when they were little. I would love to be able to freeze them for 5 years again! 😂
I know! My boys are adults now, and I miss hearing their little bare feet running on the floor. I’m savoring every moment with Vera. She’s my last child, and I don’t want to miss anything. ❤️
Thank you. I agree with your choices. In addition to cards, I do mixed media especially collage. I have the zero ruler but purchased Tim’s new ruler because I tear many of my papers and the new ruler helps. I tried metal rulers and they do not seem to do the job.
Very helpful and yes TOOLS make or break any project! I love it when I find the perfect tool for crafting projects and I'm ALWAYS interested to hear about the latest and greatest or tried and true tools! Been really enjoying seeing your new craft room - sorry about how you got there but.... LOOKS GREAT NOW! Best of luck as you finish it up!
I love seeing your faves and I'm happy that some of your faves are mine, as well! And could you hear me half yelling "Cutter Bee! Cutter Bee!" when you were referring to the black and yellow scissors? Great video, Angelica!
Hi there!! I sort of glanced through comments to see if anyone asked this but didn’t see that anyone did. I’m hoping you will share with me what you have your sponge Daubers in?
I buy mine off of Amazon, unless I’m shopping in an online store that has it. Luckily a little goes a long way, so a $15 bottle lasts me way over a year.
Wait, I don’t understand the large grip mat storage. Is she saying once we use the grip mat then we can just place it in a mesh zipper storage pouch to store? Without having to put the acetate back on?
I’m not sure whether ads are something that a RUclipsr dictates or it’s RUclips itself. But I have only watched about three minutes of this video and I have had more than nine ads served up taking up more than 10 minutes. I will give it another minute and if I get any more ads, I will just have to unsubscribe because I don’t have that much data left on my phone and I’m not, going to waste it on ads
The red handled Tim Holtz scissors also come in a smaller size with micro serrated edge that stays stick free when cutting adhesive foam. They are great!!

Lovely craft space. Interesting video.
Great video. I think keeping your dies together (not snipped apart) is a brilliant idea and might start doing that as well.
Thank you. It really does makes die-cutting a whole lot easier.
Oxides are my fav as well! I have 60 of them.

The other end of the paper piercer tool is for picking up the wax you use to adhere the "diamonds" in diamond painting.
Good to know! Thanks for that. I would’ve never guessed that. ❤️
I have quite a few oxides and I have almost never use them. Why??? I have no idea. I love the way they look.
You should definitely play with them!!
Great tools. would have loved time stamps xx
I love seeing your faves and I'm happy that some of your faves are mine, as well! And could you hear me half yelling "Cutter Bee! Cutter Bee!" when you were referring to the black and yellow scissors? Great video, Angelica!
Yes! My favorite scissors for years. I couldn’t believe I forgot their name. 😂 thank you, Donna. Hope you’re well.
Hi there!! I sort of glanced through comments to see if anyone asked this but didn’t see that anyone did. I’m hoping you will share with me what you have your sponge Daubers in?
They’re in the container that comes with them. www.scrapbook.com/store/uc-dauber40kit.html
We will get you to that retreat next time!!
Oh my goodness, Beth! I’m so glad you’re here. Yes- I’ll be ready. 🩷
Cutter bee, yellow and black detail scissors
Yes! Thank you! They were my fav scissors for years. So sharp!
FYI: the Bearly Glue can be shipped all year; it's my understanding that Art Glitter can't
That’s right! I forgot about that. Thank you!
Where do you purchase your art glitter glue?

I just found you...I live in the Pacific NW also in Port Orchard. Are you close?
I’m glad you found me! I live in Tacoma. I used to live in Kitsap County. It’s so quiet and pretty.
Cutter Bee
Yess!! Thank you. 😂
Wait, I don’t understand the large grip mat storage. Is she saying once we use the grip mat then we can just place it in a mesh zipper storage pouch to store? Without having to put the acetate back on?
That’s what I took from it. She said she saw another RUclipsr used the sleeve to store the grip mats.
Funny I almost never use a ruler

And I can’t skip them either
It's youtube not her. They're trying to get us to buy the ad free subscription.
The red handled Tim Holtz scissors also come in a smaller size with micro serrated edge that stays stick free when cutting adhesive foam. They are great!!
No problem for me. Few ads and I was able to skip them.
I got an ad ten minutes into the video and was able to skip it after 5 seconds
