This is the first time... in a long time, that I've watched a makeup related RUclips video. I was interested in these two palettes. I already have most palettes from ABH, so I already know I like their formula (I was even one of the rare ones that actually liked the Subculture palette, lol). The thing that I notice right away, is the same thing that made me stop buying palettes for a long time: Anyone that was big into the beauty content creators back in the day, anyone who kept up with all the new makeup releases, etc... already has these shades, over and over again...in palettes and singles. I think the beauty industry was so over satuated for so many years that the people who are really into makeup already have every possible shade of every colour. Since duochrome and multichrome shadows became a big thing in the indie beauty market, it's nearly impossible for a mainstream brand to make any shimmery shades that are fun, new, and exciting. 😕 I was hoping these palettes would reignite my excitement of new palettes, but unfortunately, it didn't. P.S. As far as the video, your swatches, etc... it was great. I enjoyed the video. Im sure the quality of the shadows is great. I've never had any issues with their formulas. For those who don't have dozens of palettes, I'm sure these would be great. 🙂

I got the Spice palette and i'm in love with it. :'3 However, the middle row shades crease on me, even though i have dry lids and i almost never have creasing. Needs more testing. :D
So glad to see your review! My spice palette came broken, so I had a replacement sent, and it also came broken. I requested a refund this time 😂. I may pick it up still in store. I sort of repressed one of the broken palettes but it's a hot mess, and I think it messed up the formulas when I repressed the shimmers.

After seeing all the holiday pallets, these ones I really liked and honestly with all these crazy pricing it seems the most fairly priced even for both which I did purchase today and I’m scared to death that they will be broken on arrival😂😂 fingers crossed, not though😬
Just found and subbed to your channel and been bingeing. 😅 I’m looking for a neutral mini palette - I just watched your review on the Too Faced mini Cold Smoulder Nudes / which do you prefer - the Spice palette or the Too Faced? THANK YOU! I also watched the Urban Decay star shaped moon dust so we can throw that into the mix too. Basically I’m looking for a travel friendly mini nude shadow palette and would love some feedback. 🤗
Thank you soo much!! 🥰. Both the cold smoulder nudes and the spice palette are gorgeous and great for every day! I do prefer the formula of the spice palette - it’s just a bit more buttery and sparkly. But if you’re looking for a good travel option, the too faced will definitely travel better. The ABH is just such a soft formula and will break easily. 💖
I think in reality the ABH and CT are quite different or will give different looks. The mattes in the CT are all warm and 2 are very warm and actually clash w the 2 cool toned shimmers. The ABH is a much more sensible colour story and completely cool toned. The CT is not a flattering colour story for anyone really cool toned and won't allow you a cool toned look wo pulling other palettes in. The ABH is good for anyone that wants a proper cool toned look. It's standalone.
I love this Spice pallet shades! Omg did u get any of the new Lisa Eldridge rouge lipsticks? SIMONE would be gorgeous on you I think … it’s the shade of my dreams the perfect neutral nude for me! the formula is perfect creamy satin the component it so heavy and beautiful shade of gold .. I must say from one wear it is my favorite lipstick of my life! it’s what I wanted in Charlotte Tilbury but could never find a shade for me … I love her mattes they are very similar formulas the way they feel on and it lasted thru a meal 😊 incredible but creamier & better 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 I got the skin tint too it’s all incredible now I need more LE LOL now I understand why people are obsessed with her 🤣🤣🤣 me too!!!
