Great video and you got to meet and interview some imagineers and got good information from them I think it looks like a nice place outside, the lobby and in the rooms, it made me wish I was there in person. Thank you for sharing this and doing what you do.
Love your videos ❤. This one reminds me the same like the new tower in Disneyland California but different colors and details. I wish Disney makes more Disney like used too . This one looks good but more for adults looks like you are at Hilton hotel not Disney like Tokyo. The studio is great value the other they look empty when you walk into them. I seen it in Disneyland it doesn’t look like quality. When you walk into it feels like you are flying Southwest Airlines
The new island tower looks so beautiful! Love the artwork and details they have throughout the resort to fully immerse guests in the magic! The necklaces you and Jessie made came out beautiful, that’s cool they have crafts there too! 🥰 The rooms look so spacious, and the views were gorgeous! Thanks for a great tour💕
interesting people are so critical about this place and the fact that Walt always had rendering from the day the resorts were built there was always supposed to be a pol tower built there and they used a lot of his design ideas. So how can you be mad that they finished what Walt wanted over 50 yrs ago.
Was sceptical about this when it was being built but it does look very smart. Likely though in 10 years all of bay lake will have hotels around it no gaps.
Such a shame-the Polynesian is an iconic piece of Disney architecture, and adding this non-vernacular piece of garbage reflects the downfall of the Disney aesthetic. Very sad.
This has the same awful level of theming and effort as the Riviera. And while I don’t mind the RR… because I can be ignore it. The location of the “polyday inn” being built on top of the Polynesian, is practically vandalism. These are just so uninspiring (and cheaply constructed eg RR’s fake marble) that I find it baffling that people refer to them as beautiful, when you’ve the likes of AKL, WL on property.

It lacks character and resembles a government building. The addition to the Contemporary Resort has the same issue-just awful!
