The reason franklin is saying diffrent stuff here is because the actor was actually writing the lines for franklin, whilst the others were reading off of a script
Actually it makes sense, since Rockstar went out of their way to make any and all dialogue in the game "Correct" for whoever was speaking it by getting people who, well, lived speaking that way. Franklin is suppose to be from "The Hood", and his actor knows how they talk, the words they use and their particular vernacular, so they probably just gave him the jist of whatever was going on in any specific scene and he wrote out how it would be spoken.
I would assume they did write a script for franklin, but just handed off the script to the VA and asked how to make it more authentic to the background of Franklin's character. I can't imagine they would just give the VA a few notes or something and let him write by himself, since at the end of the day the original intention behind the dialogue they wrote must still be found in Franklin's revised more authentic dialogue. @@WC3fanatic997

That's actually pretty in-character for Treavor. He'll only strike back against people who wrong him, he just has no concept of what counts as 'reasonable retaliation'. Like, he isn't going to punch a random person in the face, but if a person dents his car he doesn't consider gunning them down to be an unreasonable response.
