When a blank fire adaptor is added to the rifle, is this a permanent modification or one that you can remove and convert back to a regular rifle after the event is over?
You can convert it after the event. Just thread the muzzle device off and place the hollywood adapter between the muzzle device and barrel.
@XSV15 the Hollywood BFA is removable, you can remove it anytime. I made a tutorial video about it. Search for "how to install a Hollywood BFA".
Its just an adapter to make sure the gun cycles after each shot since theres not as much pressure coming out of the barrel with no bullet compression

new to blank fire, so what exactly is the point of it? like what role do u play just walking alone making loud sounds?
I can't speak for everyone else that shoots blanks at MSW, but for me it's just for immersion and fun, and it also forces your opponents to take cover and keeping their heads down.

You don't, but you have to react to a blank fire.

You don’t really. When playing if you think you are being “shot” at by blank fire then you must react. Reacting can consist of moving position, finding cover, or taking one for the realism of it and calling a hit.

nah some have airsoft and they’re the ones who actually get hits and stuff and some players run blanks theyre just there for immersion and help provide covering fire
Why not use non lethal milsim rounds.. that upon contact splatter like a paintball so you know you got hit.. but makes real gun sounds.
