    DUDE! So dope seeing training in various styles of sports. At what age did you first dunk? and how tall are you? I would love to be able to do that.     I can hold the rim with two hand but can barely dunk. What should i do??

      Keep grinding. Work on your flexibility, core strength, foot speed, hand speed and timing. If you can grab the rim with two hands, you are nearly there.
