    I have one question in recovery the return air going down and fresh air coming up while rotating the wheel the question is we use directly return air temperature is low compared to fresh air temp in the system I think no use for wheel like in normal system we use anyhow while wheel rotating the return is mixing with the system I hope you got my point plz sir explain it

      The working principle of an energy recovery wheel (also known as an enthalpy wheel or heat recovery wheel) is based on the transfer of heat and moisture between two air streams: one entering the building and the other being exhausted from it. This transfer helps reduce the energy needed for heating or cooling, improving overall energy efficiency.
      Here's how it works:
      1. Rotation of the Wheel: The energy recovery wheel is typically made of a honeycomb matrix coated with a desiccant material. It rotates slowly between two airstreams: the incoming fresh air (outside air) and the outgoing exhaust air.
      2. Heat and Moisture Exchange:
      In winter, the exhaust air leaving the building is warmer and may have more moisture. As the wheel rotates, it absorbs heat and moisture from the exhaust air.
      When the wheel rotates to the incoming fresh air stream, it transfers the absorbed heat and moisture to the cooler, drier outside air. This helps preheat and humidify the incoming air, reducing the demand on the building's heating system.
      In summer, the process is reversed. The wheel absorbs heat and moisture from the hot, humid incoming air and transfers it to the cooler, drier exhaust air. This cools and dehumidifies the incoming air, reducing the load on the building's cooling system.
      3. Efficiency: This process can recover up to 70-90% of the energy that would otherwise be lost, depending on the design and conditions. It results in significant savings on heating and cooling energy, making the HVAC system more efficient.
      In summary, the energy recovery wheel transfers both sensible (heat) and latent (moisture) energy between the two air streams, optimizing the energy consumption for maintaining indoor temperature and humidity levels.

    Please explain how to select the on coil temperature of the supply air after the heat recovery? 87 / 85 F on what basin we can consider?

    • @hvacsimplified
      @hvacsimplified  2 года назад +2

      The On Coil Temperature determined based on the return air Temperature/air flow passing the recovery and the fresh air Temperature/airflow passing through the recovery.

    Sir AHU BALANCE KAISE KARTE HAIN MUJHSE KISIS NE POOCHA HAI ,,,,
    STIRLING WILSON PVT LTD ke engineer ne। Maine ka ki AHU balancing ke liye uska डिजाइन dekhenge.
    Kahan use karna hai us area ka lucation supply ki kitni zaroorat hai
    Uske baad AHU BALANCE KARTE HAI
    TO SHORT MEIN YE HUA KI
    AHU BALANCING KE LIYE USHKA DESIGN HI DEKHNA PADEGA
