A lot of Supergirl characters have altered memories, not their original ones from Earth-38. J'onn restored Winn's former memories and showed him all of the events he missed with his powers. But I do question what else was changed from Earth-38's timeline in Earth Prime's timeline. But many characters should still have their altered memories like Cat Grant, Mon-El, etc and not many of the same events played out, they were heavily altered.

About those symbols, it's the not Justice League. It's mostly the Super Friends along with Flash and Batwoman, who are part of Kara's inner circle of friends . The last 2 symbols represent Dreamer and Brainiac 5. Winn's outfit is similar to Star Trek Discovery and he's married to Lightning Lass.
If Lena can use the q-waves, myriad and Jonn's physic abilities to restore everyones memories of Lex then everyone will know who he really is. And no offense please let everyone know that there is a new multiverse.

Winn had a very turbulent ride down in memory lane. Quoting the 10th doctor "Timely, Wimley. Wibley, Wobley". He had a wibley wobley time. And that was the shortest debriefing he ever had. The fastest way to get up to speed while you are away in the future. That is why he needed a barf bag. Getting up to speed in that fashion and at that bit rate will make anyone spin to barf.
