Jim you do some fishing that only some of us dream of doing. The time and effort you put into your fishing is epic. You show the high and low of our sport. And the rewards that can come of this. Keep it up Jim loving your videos
Can't beat the big French public waters, proper wild fishing with the mystery of the unknown and normally in stunning surroundings. Superb video as always Jim cheers mate.
The best and most inspiring trip yet such dedication on extremely tough venues they get better and better I am very envious of you well done to you both absolutely love watching thank you.
Cheers Iain…they are mate 🎣 Rudd are one of my favourite fish but just not on carp gear! I had a go on the feeder for them from the boat and had great fun 👌🏻🎣
Great film Jim ! Throughly enjoyed watching it ! Absolute monster fish and well deserved 👏 Bit late watching this one, was riding a TT the weekend 🚴🏻♂️🎣❤👍🏻😊
Those catfish are a right pain on that lake. I was there in May and they were active then and it wasn’t even that warm. They must be a nightmare in the summer
@@galelight2472 Cheers 😀👍🏻 The Rudd in there are massive, the ones taking our bait were 2-3lb..be a lot bigger in there for sure 🎣 I love Rudd, proper bars of gold..not good on carp gear though 😀
Cheers Streetcat 😀 no mate..can’t ever remember that happening although it would be nice 😁🎣 On those big lakes happy with just one pick up in the session 💪🏻😀
@@mariussmit3936 cheers Marius, it’s when I’m fishing venues with lots of crayfish and heavy boat traffic. Stops the alarm from bleeping all the time & false indications. Also I can visually watch out for drop backs during the day 👍🏻🎣
@@HiLuxLife65 Cheers Steve, my biggest common is 72lb!! But I never judge fish on weight so would never class it as a pb. Some of the hardest most difficult carp I’ve caught have been a lot smaller & I would rank them first 😀😍🎣
@jim_lightfoot 72 pounds wow ! you're right though I've had some amazing scraps with 25 pounders that I thought were much bigger but it is nice to catch the bigguns though look so impressive on the bank
Respect Jim. You put a lot of efforts in this session. Great stamina my friend. Blessings to you and Chaz. Please like and Subscribe this great angler.
@@rossbatterbury6658 Hi Ross, it’s due to all the passing boats you get on these places. They create a large wake and your alarms would be constantly going off. Come night time I reverse the indicators as no boat traffic 😀🎣 I only want my alarms going off if I get a bite 😁
You have a fabulous outlook on life… always smiling and that chuckle. Keep it going Jim.

Proper nuisance at times, no getting away from them. They eat tiger nuts just as much as boilies 🤣🐟
