I've gone to castle park so many times and I've noticed that I feel like they don't renovate or remodel the rides. I was on Sky Rider and I'm not kidding you was in line and I saw a bolt or screw fall of when the ride was going to start I freaked out for the ppl on the ride. The employees picked up the piece of metal screw or bolt idk, and just didn't day anything they tried to play it cool like it never happened. Well nothing goes wrong the people seem happy and get off then I go idk y and the ride starts I am being lifted off the air and I reach the top and I c the view and everything, THEN!!!! The ride TURNS OFF!!! People r freaking out and I'm just like well am gonna die the ride just turned off and it'll probably just fall like something from final destination. I strated to pray cuz I was really scared then the employees started to scream and tell us not to worry. After 5 mintues hanging there the tower and the white cages were in place in start to shake and the creepy music and lights light up and the ride turns back on. I was really screwed thinking to myself after that experience the bolt or the screw or whatever piece of medal fell off the tower was a sign not to ride itm in just glad am alive and all my prayers go out to the family that just wanted to have a fun day today. God bless
You should have reported it to the ride operators and then reported it to management or guest services at the front of the park immediately. Most parks have that see something say something expression because as individuals we could save lives by being observant and then saying something.
I'm the First Responder of this incident. A Castle Park EMT. The guy who treated the 'critically' injury mother. I would like the public to know that I was injured in the rescue. Castle Park and their insurance have denied responsibility. Any treatment for my injury during this rescue operation was delayed over six(6) months. As of today November 7th 2019 I have not recieved proper diagnostic and/or treatment.

I remember I went on that thing with my sister and my brother and I was about to fall out it’s so slippery from the handles and there isn’t no seat belt or anything it was so scary going down without any safety I had to hold on very tight on those slippery handles.

If screws fall off the ride while you're in line, that's the time to get out of the line.
