The one guy obviously fowl hooked the one fish right on cammera. He was snag jigging for sure with his technique. Just more cheating, which is too typical in fishing tournaments.
Sad thing is a lot of those fish die, and in todays day of technology this not necessary. Get your act together Bass Pro and switch the format to immediate release instead of beating these fish around all day in the live well. The stage and weigh in format is a thing of the past. Do your part to protect the resource you profit from.
Unlike bass, walleye taste great! If they're alive, they get released. If they croak, they get donated to a food bank. Win/Win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
