That is one very serious and LARGE compressor, must take 10,000 plus horsepower! Found it, 85825 horsepower‼️ From product page: MAX1 is the smallest and lightest solution in the market‼️ The MAX1 A revolutionary product borne out of decades of experience, the MAX1 is a standardized axial/radial main air compressor equipped with the advanced MAX1 axial blading generation. It can deliver volume flows up to 1.5 million cubic meters per hour, pressures up to 25 bar and is uniquely compact, robust and efficient. Its wide chord blading allows for greatly increased ressistance to mechanical blade loads. It is a fully API compliant, standardized modular system with a simple layout and reduced number of parts. Great efficiency, easy maintenance. With its potential ranging from higher pressures for HP-ASU, to very large air compressor trains (7,000 t/d O2 and larger), the MAX1 is the smallest and lightest solution in the market. It is easy to transport, operates with optimized efficiency and is highly robust. Love it!
MAN is not yet in the digital age . They cut the model like a physical one in a museum. It did not occur to them that with CGI half cut vanes wouldn’t fall to the ground.
So you haven't heard of DDBs then? Water eddying in drainage systems can excavate huge volumes, undermining roads and building foundations. The volume is measured in DDBs (Double Decker Buses)....
If water condensation is most likely according to the process data, a demister is used working on the principle of inertia and ensuring a separation of the water from the process gas. Drops of water fallen down from the demister collect at the bottom of the intercooler where a water valve opens and closes automatically at a certain flow.
Thank you for your response ! I have enother question, i eard about the heat produced by the air compressor beeing used to produce steam on demand in closed loop to power a steam turbine who drive the air compressor in same time. In other words, no fuel or any electricity is needed to run the both machines, the compressor produce the heat needed to produce the steam, they just fit a hot water injector in a pipe around the hot spot of the air compressor to produce steam on demand. In short, the airplane industry use this system to power their planes without any fuel at all. I knot that because the big front fan of a A380 is responsible for 75% of the thrust and its cold air meaning that hot air is not a good ''pusher'' compare to cold air.
What the tell at the end of the video is that the machine can process coal to make fuel but the reality is more simple, they can process ''air'' to make gasoline but the machine make so much noise , they install it only at high sea and its military guarded :0) @@Mentaculus42

Thank you for your nice animation!
*It compresses like a real MAN!*
Gracias
Piece of art
how come the stages don't have stator rows?
Probably forgot to animate

What’s the song in the background called ?
great!
Great with vertical cassing
Oh. HIGH TECH 👍👍👍👍
Churches per minute, a new metric in mass flow rates
🤣

Super Jungs! Leider ist mein Keller zu klein...
what's program using this animation?
Hi. How much power is needed to drive it, and can it run on electric engine? Thx
Bro I'm new to the field, so pls make videos by naming the parts that u talk about pls. It will be more specific and clear to me. Thx
k bro
good
what do you do with the condensation of the compressed air who circulate and acumulate in the intercooler ? i mean where go the water ?

Outstanding, you have designed a perpetual-motion machine!

Which software can be used for making engineering 3d animations like this one?
Solid works
Wow
Now I want to work for MAN. :) Great video, that's engineering at its best
what software do you use for animation,? please tell me.
I love you
Siraa babe
I love you too so much
I will happily use it for an ass blast furnace application 3:05
It looks like a gas turbine to me.
Sooo - - make LOX, make liquid Nitrogen. What about separating CO2 and noble gases from air ?
Phú MT14C
Podemos reconocer fácilmente este tipo de compresor ya que es muy parecido a una turbina.
Si, es la misma manera que los aviones sirven

your website doesn’t even provide the installation manual for the product how can you say you’re the leading eh?

Compression somewhat reduces the density and increases the volume?!?!? (2:17) Not possible.
increasing volume does reduce density, but isn't the point of a compressor to increase pressure, which would also increase density
PV=mRT
Hence P/(density)=RT.......where density=m/V
Refer this for proper understanding

slap that on a hellcat
Airplane or car, both would be entertaining❗️
