Hey SWE, no idea if you'll see this, but thanks for the great videos. You actually inspired me to get Tekken 8 for the Summer sale, and Kaz will be my main. Hope to see you in game one day!
Kinda surprised that a Tekken God Shaheen would do the Al Ghul Master cheese twice. It's so universally known now it doesn't work so well anymore. People duck it most of the time. The +20 on hit buff on f2,3 made it possible to do it without walls, but I feel that people know about it by now.
What is your opinion about current wallbreaks, floorblast ect.? I feel like they fucked up the scaling too much and dont see the point in going for them anymore 😢
@lostokami2024 damage is still damage. It's not as crazy before and scaled way down but if you're in a position to take advantage of the hazards it is still free damage. Most opponents will maneuver away from the threats and you aren't going for it all the time. But if you cam punish their bad positioning with a wall break extender or floor break, again more damage is always a good thing. Especially if it can guarantee you the round.
Yeah I want to know too. Doesn't seem consistent for me. I feel like I'm doing it really quickly and if I do it too quickly I get a jab out. Sometimes it lands sometime it doesn't:(
@@pcmacro (and @wipergfxx) It's a move from a stance, so you can't buffer any of the inputs. Meaning you have to do it really quickly, but you also can't start doing it too early. If you're getting a jab it means you started doing it too early and if you're whiffing with it it means you did it too late. Then it's a matter of practice. I can do consistently not one, but two qcf1s in a row after a launcher, but that one requires quite a bit of grinding to get the consistency for it. A single qcf1 after a launcher is rather easy after you've practiced it for a bit. It doesn't work off of all launchers (like b3 and ws2), but works for most. Start practicing with df2 into qcf2 (deathfist) first. If you can do that one 10 times out of 10 attempts you can start practicing df2 into qcf1. Df2 into Deathfist is easier to do, because it's a faster move, meaning you get more leniency on how late you can start inputting it after the df2. But still requires learning the timing, so it's a good starting point, if you can't land a single qcf1 after a df2 launcher in like 20 attempts. Last but not least - if you start getting consistent with the qcf1s you will eventually ask yourself "wait a minute, how many can I actually do in a combo?" - that depends on many different things, but one very important thing to keep in mind is that after the 2nd qcf1 (launcher excluded, so even if you launch with qcf1 it doesn't count towards the total) every qcf1 after is a just-frame (1 frame frame-perfect input). So df2 > qcf1 > qcf1 > qcf1 as an example means the 3rd qcf1 would have to be frame perfect. So in reality you don't really ever wanna bother learning to do more than two qcf1s in a combo, because it's not practical. But two is very consistent with enough grinding and a single qcf1 should be part of your staple combos, if you're a Paul main.
I main paul, and I'm wondering why you wouldn't just always finish the demo man string, even if you don't get the clean hit. The second hit is like -20 on block but the last one is -17 and pushes back. Is it because the third hit can be parried?
@@tijankusacic8079 That’s a hard question to answer. With the Hit Box, you can get some good affordable knock offs for under $100. ngl i feel like pretty much every single character in the game should be toned down
Its funny because he complains when he plays versus zafina or xiaoyu and he is playing with the most unga bunga gameplan ever with paul while hes deleting healtbars like crazy.
(Its a joke, dont take it in a b¡tch way pls)
Leaves the most passive-aggressive comment and then goes "it's just a joke", lmao.
Cool
Yes paul is OP now guy 😆
the only over tuned thing about paul in this game is his design for his character should never have the ability to do wall to wall combos n he can now other than that hes fine in saying that who cant in in this game
df2 brain rot spam shhesh what has tekken become
How tf was that alisa GOD man this game is ass
worst paul i've seen yet he beats people, says a lot lol
The people he's fighting aren't prodigy either.
I mean maybe at high level but not just anybody is gonna pick him up and make it to Tekken God without some skill
Even high level players fall for dumb shit sometimes.
@@Black_IvoryT8 This is very VERY true. Past a certain rank everyone no matter the character is above some certain threshold of skill, no character in this game is good enough to carry you to Fujin+.
