Gumi is really the only AI voicebank that interest me in V6, the new AI banks somehow sound choppier than their standard/V5 and are still next to impossible to understand in either Japanese or English. It’s insane how far Yamaha’s fallen
Poor vocaloid, i feel like since Cypton decided to go rogue, Gumi has had to take over the spotlight with her sheer high quality voicebanks. The AI functions of the other synth programs has gotten INSANE, vocaloid needs to catch up or do something else innovative. Without Miku or a monopoly on the genre, they gon fall off
While I think vocaloid 6 is fun, it's AI aiming for realism is still incredibly behind in tech. You're understanding correctly, there is a quality difference!! U can hear it especially when directly vocaloing

This is cool and all, but any Project Sekai player would CLEARLY see they named them Haruka [ From More More Jump! ] even Akito [ Vivid Bad Squad ] , tbh either this was an accident, OR THEY HAD 0 IDEAS!
I think akito has a ton of potential but as time has gone on.. yeah, I agree. I even think V6 GUMI is problematic tbh. Underwhelming program, I hope it gets plenty of updates.
I just used files I tuned. Love Trial using karin is something I tuned. The video is just a showcase, a test the day vocalo Changer was released. These files were not put onto it to sound good. They were to test it. Now you know how Vocalo Changer handles synth v engine noise. "VOCALO CHANGER TEST USING OTHER VOCAL SYNTHS"

while i like vocaloid 6, it would be nice if the largest corporation in music brought a little more to the table with v6 AI.

Haruka is surprisingly very.. good? Her expression is so accurate to the original vocal sample but also sounds natural and GOOD, unlike the. others.

Yamaha really didn't make the greatest OC voicebanks. The only V6 Voicebank that seems worth it is V6 GUMI. Which is a big ouch.
