Mam,
I love chicken and I buy many Knorr products especially their boulin cubes when making soups or gravy as they are low in salt. I always buy the leafy spinach and let it cooked down as you did. My Mom taught me to put a little olive oil in the pan, put in the Spinach and when it's almost cooked down shave in a little bit of real nutmeg off of a nutmeg. That adds a nice flavor of you serve it as a side. I have sent your recipe to my Instagram acct as well to others Instagram acct. I work a total of 45 hours per week and every Saturday saving to buy my own home this next summer so I stick to a tight budget. I was #1 to click the line. So glad I saw this tonight.

I make something similar to this, but with the flat noodles, and I either use alfredo sauce or parmesan sauce instead, and then I add chicken or shrimp, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms!

OhMyYum!! My kiddos dont care for cooked spinach...thinking I could sub a side salad from a bagged salad mix to keep the cost about the same.
Thanks Rosemary! ❤

Maybe try broccoli. I think that would be yummy with it. Or even mushrooms.
