I have the same issue, and am not done losing yet. I discovered Walmart now carries Levi’s and have been getting mine there! I also watch the sales on Amazon for Levi’s. I got one pair of black jeans for $28 after Christmas!
Yeah, that’s a good way to avoid it but I have enough clothes that can’t be dried that I really don’t have the capacity to hang all of my stuff to dry.
I do the same, I rarely machine dry my clothes unless its sleep or workout clothes with no cotton in them. I am tall so I don't want to lose any length as much as possible.
Hi Miranda! Congrats on your progress!! I love that you're branching out to keep things interesting 😊 There are a couple of things I do when I'm buying jeans -- feel free to follow, if you'd like 😅 1. Look for 95-99% cotton to 5-1% spandex/elastane ratio. This will ensure that there's some stretch to the jeans -- as opposed to 100% cotton, where there's no stretch. I find that jeans outside of this range tends to lose its recovery (aka stretchiness) over time. I'm sure we've all had jeans that kept growing on us as we wore them throughout the day, and definitely throughout its lifetime. 2. If possible, try on more than 1 pair of the same jeans in the same size. Due to mass production, there is an allowable amount of discrepancy in the measurements. For example: Worker A may have sewn the it 1/4 - 1/2 inch smaller/larger, whereas Worker B may have sewn it closer to spec. This affects how well it'll fit/look on you. Keep up the good work, fellow Piscean 🩵😀
Very interesting and helpful to choosing jeans 🎉🎉🎉❤I buy high waisted jeans and mid rise from Levi and maybe i washed wrong cause..they shrink ,but after few wear again fit 😅❤❤ I like Levi and the second pair you tried looks perfect ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉All looks great!
They all look great on you! The boot cut shrinkage was definitely significant 😭 I don't know if this is something you struggle with as well, but since you've had Levi's for a little while now I was wondering what you thought of the thigh durability. My thigh rub annhilates all my cheap jeans but I'm so hesitant to pay so much if the same thing might happen. 😢
Congrats on your weight loss. I am definitely trying out Levis this year.
The ones I had been wearing are still in like new shape years later besides the slight shrinking!

Great job on your health journey! 💝🥳🎉
Love Levi’s also! Gap also has amazing jeans for pretty cheap. Some of my favorite pairs were like $10!
Because I have long legs, I never put my jeans in the dryer. They are always hung to dry. Never any shrinking in the length.

@@slashedbeauty I hear you. Sometimes I have stuff hung on the shower rod as well as the laundry room 😊
Anything 100% cotton does not go in the dryer .. and I have stuff over 10 plus years ..

@@slashedbeauty cool white tennis shoes I have a video suggestion for you.
