    Keep in mind he spent "$60 a day" in tickets to achieve this. Most people can't afford this level of commitment and honestly shouldn't follow it because it could create a devastating hole in your budget!

      You're absolutely right and correct. Since the lottery is a contest that inspires optimism and hope of a better financial situation, it's also a tax on the average person. Especially the poor
