All I gotta say is… if your feet are incredibly soft.. you do not do much physical work where you’re on your feet all day. Anyone who sits on a chair at work all day (filming and editing) SHOULD have incredibly soft feet.
Hi Tati, I'm a med student and you're right about "opening" the lymphatic drainage at your clavicles. You should always start at the clavicular region first, you'll notice that the lymphatics flow much more easily. It's called "opening the thoracic inlet"
I love Tati's personality. She's so bougie and sassy yet at the same time, funny and self aware and like the girl next door who's down to earth and a hoot to be around.

As long as I have an insulated cup with a straw with ice water by my bed I could care less what brand. Most of time I freeze solid a water bottle and lay it on my bed and drink as it thaws lol

Tati you should try a Stanley cup and see how your coffee stays hot for 8 hours. No leak, extremely sturdy. You’d love it.
Hair tip that I honestly feel works WAY better than the shower cap situation. Buy a hair towel (extra points if it has a way to string the end through, Ikea has a 2 pack that is the MVP in my life) and wrap your hair in that vs a shower cap. It keeps the humidity away from your hair so much better. I will style my hair on Sunday and still have it looking great 5-6 days later.

I have two Stanley’s and for one before it was a big trend because I just happened to stumble upon one when looking for a 40oz tumbler. I recently got a Hydrapeak and it’s extremely similar, doesn’t leak around the straw, and I Ike that I can hook the handle onto my shopping cart. It’s also like $16

If you guys like the glass jars with the bamboo lids around 16:15, I use Wood Wick candles and when they're done, I clean the candle jars out and use them for storage but I wouldn't recommend keeping food in them, but you could use them for cotton balls, q-tips, and stuff like that.
I love Mr. Pumice! I always get compliments during my pedicure appointments because of how well they work. There’s a noticeable difference with these & they’re only $4 on Amazon.
as an esthetician, seeing the high frequency and theragun and talk about lymph drainage made me SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY💕💕💕

Shower cap looked adorable on you! I couid use that for sure. I'm all for feet care (as I sit here with plantar fasciitis in my left foot!). I'll send the bath water filter to my daughter for her toddler and baby. She will LOVE that because she's all natural, clean, organic, etc for her family.

We love the balance /shake machines for our lymphatic drainage. Our chiropractor would have us get on. We thought how would this work, but we could FEEL the difference without it. Less ear infections, ankle water retention. It's a MUST!

Stanley cup confession. I bought one before I knew they were “a thing”. I have felt like a douche ever since. I am a teacher, so between talking all day, and rarely getting to leave my classroom, I need some thing gigantic to hold my water. I have to say, they really are amazing. My water stays cold forever. I will fill my Stanley with water and ice on Friday, forget my cup in my car and then pick it up Sunday and it still has ice. They just perform so well.

I love this vid! And I’ve always done my own nails at home! Once in a while I’ll get a pedi as a self care/treat myself thing, but yes - diy nails is cheaper and very therapeutic!
Gold Bond brand now has a retinol body face lotion that I absolutely love.
My skin became overly dry last summer. After numerous test my Vit D level was 1/4 of what is normal. Even with taking a supplement I’m having to repair my skin. You should find this in Texas as it was originally used on cow udders…Bag Balm. Our Walmart stocks in beauty section. It’s smoother than O’Keefes but pretty close. Works great on feet! Got the Bio-Oil lotion and found it is not a lotion at all. Consistency and color of milk yet an oil. So be careful when you squeeze into your hand!
I’ve also been using Milanis rose oil on my face at night but knowing you don’t like strong rose scent you wouldn’t like it. However, it works great and I don’t wake up feeling greasy. I rub excess across my cuticles. ❤
The Bag Balm is great. Husband uses it on his hands after yard work and car repair work. Our vet also recommended it for our dog’s dry, cracked foot pads.

The shower cap made me laugh, because I use one as well as sleep with a silk bonnet at night (curly hair girl here). My poor husband! Haha. He is the best though, says I'm beautiful even when I am wearing my bonnet, true love right there.

I’d also recommend the Kitsch shower caps. They’re super cute, got lots of room if you have thick hair, and the elastic band is THICK so it does NOT budge

Same - I’ve learned that the longer I go between shampoos, the healthier my hair is. I have thick, long, dry, wavy, frizzy lion’s mane type hair. I’ve switched to shampoo bars and I have a shower head filter, too. Now I can use
my Chi straightener and get smooth, straight, silky hair!

Same sentiments with the nails. I do it to chill out. The last few times I went to a salon, they hurt me; so that was the last straw. And I love creating my own looks.
Elder millennial here. I didn't get the stanley cup thing, and then I received a soft pink smaller one with the handle as a gift. I really love it, it's pretty, keeps stuff cool, great for cup holders. I just love pretty drinking cups, tumblers, mugs so it's not a must, but still super cute.
Honestly, who has time for all this self care ? I have to leave the house at 5 am every day for work. I am back 6 pm. I have to clean, do laundry, cook, go to the gym etc.
