So, given this "dry aging" consisted of leaving the meats submerged in a liquid, I have a question: What's the difference between dry aging and marinating?
Dry aging is done with things that have a lot of fat and can stand to lose moisture, wet aging is done with leaner meats to keep moisture in, and marinading can be done to either meat to keep juices in and flavor it. Marinades are liquid and involve fully submerging the meat whereas dry aging can be done in exposed air, like the dry aging machine Guga has
Thank you Guga for finally doing the oyster sauce video! Trying it on different meats was worth the wait. I'd like to also add that Sebastian is a good addition to the reaction panel. thats what she said 3:39
Guga needs to start streaming on kick, that would be the real experiment everyone has been waiting for 🔥🤩🙏.
Why kick lmao
@@jakeling2twitch on a downfall, kick more free. Could be a more creative stream without reactions 👍🏼
@@jakeling2 food porn shouldn't be streamed to the wrong age group 😂🍖😂☠️
Guga, please, don't go on Kick!
@@jakeling2im pretty Sure its a botted comment. just look at the amount of likes compared to the other comments
LMAOOOOO
bro Really said "it is boneless, wild, and ready to go inside" Hahahahahah
The comment I was looking for 🤣
“It’s boneless, wild, and ready to go inside!” 1:52 😂 I’m sorry forgive me, my sleep deprived mind heard that and chuckled a little lol. Carry on
It's the naked truth
He had to have said that on purpose 😂
i am not fully done with the video yet but i akready just need to tell i love that you stick to one content
That was so interesting, I was drooling on that feast……

Oyster Sauce guy can rest in peace now 😂

Shut up@@aloysiusoh197
Guga please make a compilation video of your side dishes. They’re underrated🙏🏽
Just FYI that the big bottle Panda brand one that he used is the inferior budget version. The good stuff is the one in the smaller bottle he showed with the boat lady on the label.
guga did more than just what people asked. now go thank him!
Guga i live next to a very productive Salmon river, and let me tell you, there is nothing better than eating a sockeye (or even better, Chinook Spring (King) salmon) straight from the river when they run up from the ocean.
You gotta do a flavor experiment, test a store bought salmon next to a salmon caught within 30 minutes, see which one is best
Please dry age a steak in oyster sauce!!!!

LMFAO
Bro won

Guga is finally making the Oyster Sauce dry age!!!!
Next experiment dry aged in butter chicken gravy
8:14 when the chicken soo good, you mistaken it as stake
Not only did we finally get the Oyster Sauce, but it's so satisfying to see that we were all right and it's looks like one of the tastiest experiments he's ever done.
Hey guga, your videos are amazing as your stakes, thanks for all. Greetings from cuba, the country where cows and pigs are sacred
Oyster Sauce Guy: "I finally rest and watch the sun rise on a grateful universe"
Is it the oyster guy's birthday 😂
That worked so well they should get the oyster guy on for a video 😂
I’m so happy to see you do this with other meats! Cooking salmon with an oyster sauce glaze is by far my favorite way to do it! Happy for the oyster sauce guy I’ve been rooting for you the whole time 🎉
So, given this "dry aging" consisted of leaving the meats submerged in a liquid, I have a question:
What's the difference between dry aging and marinating?
Dry aging is done with things that have a lot of fat and can stand to lose moisture, wet aging is done with leaner meats to keep moisture in, and marinading can be done to either meat to keep juices in and flavor it. Marinades are liquid and involve fully submerging the meat whereas dry aging can be done in exposed air, like the dry aging machine Guga has
Thank you Guga for finally doing the oyster sauce video! Trying it on different meats was worth the wait. I'd like to also add that Sebastian is a good addition to the reaction panel. Leo sometimes forces his adjectives too much and it just doesn't seem all that natural anymore. Sebastian is a lot more relatable and I hope we get to see him more often.
Well its official, you and your 10 like are misguided. I seen another about wishing leo was here with 500+ likes.
before watching the rest. i use this in fried rice all types chicken beef shrimp pork. I use it in cheap noodle cups bowls. I use it in bbq smoked chicken mixed with bbq sauce and soy sauce over rice. I am excited for this one. Might be my first comment ever on this channel.
The fact that they loved it makes it more enjoyable.
Mission Accomplished Y’all🎉🎉🎉
Aloysius gonna be so proud
YOOOOOO
@@aloysiusoh197 So whats next?
@@inferstrike3544 great question
Glad that you went all in on it with several meats now that you've finally done it
We wrote History 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
People power is the reason why the experiment has manifested! Preach people of the Internet!
I mix Oster sauce in pretty much everything I mix brown sugar hoasin sauce and Oster and any type of teriyaki sauce. That's my pretty much my main sauce I use especially in oriental foods I cook. It's really good on a whole baked. chicken but put it on when you're about 20 minutes before done. Taste so good
I think Guga should do Sweet Basil Stir Fry (Gaprao) meal sometimes, that's one of the main use for Oyster Sauce
That's the main use in Thailand, San Francisco Garlic Noodles is the main use around here.
Yooo oyster sauce man we feel you bro we got you !!!! Congrats my G, GUGA always represents the people 👊
i've used oyster sauce in marinades, it's always been a great addition. awesome video!
Lmao let’s get it - I’ve been seeing this for years glad bros dream came true ✨💯✨
Guga dry aging steak in oyster sauce before GTA VI
Insane production quality, genuinely shocked given it’s a food video. Bonus recipe had be impressed.
I was convinced he’d never do this just to keep the memes going. 😂
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH !!!! This is why i am subscribe to this channel :D Guga actually listen to his audience and responds to it ! love it !
Oh no… I noticed the big tub of oyster sauce at 0:59 used is the red label panda oyster sauce. It’s mostly salt, really cheap, and completely cannot compare to the bottled oyster sauce that’s shown at the beginning of the video…
