This game is terrible, but ambitious. Back in the 90s, video game development in Brazil was still fledging, making such a game here, and making it from scratch instead of just reskinning other games with Brazilian franchises, like Super Mario Bros. 2 USA, was actually hard to do.

They were awesome, they were responsible for making the Master System and the Mega Drive huge successes in Brazil, they even got some games and made reskins with Brazilian franchises, just like Super Mario Bros. 2 USA. But when they tried to make an original game made from scratch, and use Woody as the main character, the game sucked hard, but at least they tried, it was bad, but ambitious.

I've only heard about this Sega Mega Drive game on the Internet like Wikipedia. I've also heard it only came out in Brazil 🇧🇷 and the only language in this game is Portuguese. Yes I know the main language of Brazil is Portuguese. It's a shame it never came out in Europe including my home country Ireland 🇮🇪, North America and Australia. Anyway Woody Woodpecker is one of my favourite cartoons.
It would make a whole lot more sense if their health bar went from yellow to red. Maybe I'm just used to red signifying no health from every other video game ever.

But it would flop. Woody Woodpecker wasn't so popular in the US in that time. Also, the game suffers from terrible controls, glitches everywhere and controlling Woody, like JonTron said, every stage on this platform game feels like it's a ice level
This game was much better if the quality looks much better. There's videogames based in cartoons, and this games have good quality but this game don't have it. And the sounds must be good and not sounds an earrape. But the positive of this, it's what the creators got almost the smart to make good bosses. 6/10 Regular quality, good bosses but too loud for my ears
