With Vlll and above module levels, it often takes an oneshot into the body.

My answer to your title would be no. It only does 145 to the body and 203 to the head. Anti-Champion is better in my opinion. It does 169 and 237 to the head. Brutal Rainbow ≠ Anti-Champion Rifle 🤓

Start with default loadout and each time you kill one with any category, you upgrade that category. Do this for a cookie.
