That's the point, they don't want youtubers know how the the system works so that they would fall into the demonetized pithole so that youtube doesn't need to pay them and have an excuse to hide what they consider the 'black sheep' of youtube, or have the one to scared to get demonetized follow the vague rules fanatically.
