These are great points! I worked as a freelance UX designer for years. I have seen my clients make some of these mistakes and it has been so detrimental for their businesses.
Thank you for watching. And appreciate you pointing that out. More people we can get selling first the better online entrepreneurship will be for everyone.
As someone running a software design and development company (Standfirst) - there's nothing wrong in outsourcing, but you've got to work with the right partners and make sure the licensing is in place. Too often people buy up services without having a clue - my own advice is to set a thief to catch a thief - i.e. if you're not sure, hire somebody with the domain knowledge to go out and de-risk your decisions. Almost anybody can set up a dev company and quality is incredibly variable. One may be packed with experienced and qualified developers who know exactly what they're doing, and another may be a bunch of kids who've been hired by a deeply cynical manager. And an outsider just can't tell the difference.
Hi! This is nice video! Can you make a video on the topic “keys to the castle?”) I now have programmers working remotely, and the startup is already bringing me money. I trust my developers, we have been working for 2 years. But I just want to be sure that I have full access to the project, and no one can simply steal or delete my project. Or maybe there is already a video on this topic? I can't find a similar video. Thanks
Thanks for watching. Theres not a video yet but I will prioritize making it. If you’d like to email me though (in the about page) I can answer your question sooner.
@@Scott_Stern I would actually suggest you to take it into consideration especially for web service development. .NET has come a long way since the old days. I am using it for my startup and is going great. If you need any advice related to this I would be happy to help.
@@Scott_Stern, In my opinion it should be more general and not mention Alex Hormozi, because people like me who don't know him are less likely to click on this video.
Currently @16:09 The more I keep listening, the more excited I am that I got to learn about you, Scott. Great video. Beautiful Insights.
Awesome! Thank you!

pretty good info in this video, the title doesn't do it justice.
Thanks! What would you change the title to? I struggled with this one.
