looks great! One thing that could look cool is if you made an elf toy factory underneath the village that you could see from the back. I'm imagining the toy shop up above having a hidden door and underneath would be a huge factory.
Inspirational!!! I got Santa's post office for Chrissy, so I have a few of the 'Winter/Christmas' sets now also. And now I want to cover all the 'white bits' of my layout too - getting the baseplates out full of exposed studs certainly gets the creative juices flowing...I just have soooo much sorting to do - guh!
I like that the winter village sits at the highest “elevation”, might require an unreasonable amount of rock work but it would but cool if it was set in the snowy mountain range.
Jorden any plan to maybe add the Holiday train to the bottom of the Winter village somehow maybe add a custom Holiday train station with Hot Coca bars etc..
It could be nice adding a gas station in the countryside close to the general store. Not sure if Lego cars have enough range to go back and forth from the city to the winter village without refilling gas
I might have OCD but I’m very glad that the winter village is finally getting to the designated place in the city, rather than floating around elsewhere

Could you add a spur to the track then have a downward spiral leading from the top of the winter village board down to the countryside, but its a spiral around the whole winter village platform, at one plate every 12 studs you easily have enough space to get from the top to bottom by going around the entire platform at least 1.5 times… leaves enough space for a road on one side, and expansion of winter village as it grows annually Would also add access to the top and the side where you previously described re-adding last years ski resort
Happy New Year Jordan.. I've been loving the progress, and processes you've been showing us. The Winter Village definitely suits being higher up. I know you've probably been asked this many times, but have you ever thought about giving the city/layout a city name? And.. do you accept SigFigs? :)
Glad to see the Winter Village back to its natural environment. Next step is making the Medieval Village as part of your main City and extending the front table. 😉
I know you have it memorized bricksie! Whats the measurement i need to use when building tables to account for the gap between baseplates when you connect them 😅

O God don't give him more ideas.😮
I think this is brilliant.
@mandyvz9503 I agree and I bet he will do it
That's a cool idea
Very cool...with more reindeers just roaming around...luv it!!
I’d be tempted to first complete the slopes and mountain around the winter village so it’s not floating. That will make a huge visual impact.

The medieval table should be half medieval and western. Then it would match drawings i used to make as a kids :)
Moves something, that’s worth 10 minutes
1:58 this is such an cool camera angel
Looking Awesome!, one thing would look cool is some snow capped mountains on the wall to add to the effect
Awesome green
baseplates winter village looks on raised platform
4:02 I fr thought he was smoking
Lighting the winter village next year instead of rebuilding would be so cool

Where is the airport? You must have airplanes!!!!

My city of 80 tiles seems small😢 compared to yours😮
This looks fantastic! Perfect spot!

Love the before and after picture. Have you considered installing a permanent time-lapse camera in the studio?
I hope you move that general store to the bottom of the ski slope, feel like it would be a really good spot for it.
You have come along way!

Now for winter mountain modules to blend it all in
All you need is like a big mountain, with some ski runs?
You are cool 😎
Here’s to hoping the medieval area will return
Great video n Lego city n was nice to see u take a day off yesterday, u needed that n keep up the awesome e videos. ✌️out from the Golden State.
Could you put The Burrow in a wheat field next to the Camp Ground?
I thank it batre up thare than with the movled spot
Why don’t you use technic pieces to connect the sections of the winter village? Would make me nervous to just have them slid in together like that
Bricksie, the Samerson witches house, do you have room next to your fishing store?

10.01 inch increments
@Bricksie youre the 🐐
