This is the ultimate sleeper repo vehicle.....no one knows it's a tow truck, doesn't make noise because of your tighter tolerances when you build the lift, no light bar showing on the roof & it's wireless on top of that just in case you might need to get out when hooking a vehicle. This would be great to use when trying to get into guarded parking lots/garages to repo a vehicle because they never suspect your the repo man, like they would with a regular repo truck.
Ok I just watched about 6 of ur videos, and think I've come to the conclusion that, I want THIS set up with THIS truck right here !!

I'm sold, but I have a suggestion, u should put this or something like it on a single axil with a trailer hitch so u can unhook unit and only use UT when u need to!
A simple idea you guys may have over looked. Put a couple of small L.E.D. lights in the top edge of the box. When the lid opens the lights come on. Small touch BIG value.

Hi there guys,great piece of kit. I have been looking for a system but not had much luck yet. What I was looking for is a system that is basically a self contained modular that could be fitted in any suitable pickup truck? Other than an electrical connection everything is mounted on a pallet type system that can be secured in the bed of a truck. I am thinking hidden under a cover and powers out with tailgate lowered.

Just fine! We have salt and calcium chloride sprayed on the roads here and we’ve based our installs and components for such weather.
Hey I have a couple of questions, I'm looking to get in touch with you guys next month about sending my truck down there. I'm familiar with the lift and tow lifts systems out here but with reinforcing the bed does it add a lot weight to the truck possibly affecting driving quality. And last is it possible to use air bags instead of lift springs to help with the rough ride?
duallys are supposed to have weight. they drive better with weight. we actually gained an mpg after putting on the lift

I have an 05 f350 drw with all around air suspension, and a b&w gooseneck system for my rv/ trailer. Can this system be compatible with what I said or will I have to lose some of my stuff. like air ride, and gooseneck. I'm at the point on doing something like this was nervous about someone say you will have to give up your air ride or my gooseneck.

Typically a tow truck would use the PTO drive, but this seems like it's made for a truck that doesn't have a PTO...
The other question I have, this is for 3500 class truck only?

Great question!! We suggest using a self contained Electric/Hydraulic unit made by Monarch which is special made for us. A unit that is built w/ a 10 min duty cycle on the motor. Works great!! People love them! Very easy to use, service and install!

My daughter drives tow truck here in Canada she does a lot of parkade very low clearance 6’ do you have a airbag system that can handle dropping and airing up and not causing rubage on the springs or inner fender or hydraulic system ? She has a lot of issues

What is the difference between "Little Hercules" wheel lift and "Lift & Tow" wheel lift? It just seem to be the same wheel lift. Please explain. Thanks
Lifetime warranty on pins and bushings for starters (with proper maintenance).
You can tighten the King Pin on the wheel lift. Unlike any other unit on the planet.
Our unit weighs 400 lbs more. Which makes it stronger and more heavy duty.
The reach on our unit is 72” theirs is 65”.
The lift cylinder on theirs is a 4” Bore. Ours is a 5” bore making it possible to lift diesels from the front if needed.
Frame fork provisions standard on all cross bars. Enabling the end user to utilize a frame fork kit.
The In/Out Cylinder is bigger and can adjust in order out with a load on it. Unlike our competitor.
All tubes start at 3/8” thick not 1/4”. Virtually guarantees the tubes to never bend.
Steel wear pads on the tubes that are 3/16 that on top of the 3/8 thick tubes is again. A virtual guarantee that you won’t have a problem.
Bronze Oil-Lite bushings at all major pivot points. If greased they will last forever. If not greased they will last longer than any other unit on the planet.
Sandblasted and Powder-coated. Other skip the sandblast aspect and the paint will just fall off.
Frame reinforcement is the biggest reason of all. If anyone says you should not reinforce the frame or do not need to, is mistaken in our opinion. We will not install a unit with out doing so period. Lifetime Warranty on the frame once we reinforce it.
Heady duty electric/hydraulic motor. Our unit has 4 magnetic 🧲 brushes not 2. Our duty cycle is 10mins not 3 mins like the others.

Edward Duran - the units are definitely versatile. Whatever is clever. We have many different type of clients that range from Repo guys to Tow and road service guys and gals.
Detroit Wrecker I see a lot of AAA guys with a pick up and car trailer and this seems so much easier to utilize.
lol, we do service calls with one of these. works nice, although a standard wrecker is (slightly) shorter and more maneuverable.
Can you still tow ball mount trailers with this installed?
Absolutely you can. It comes with the class five extendable hitch on our new 2.0. Back then on the 1.0 version it was a class three.

It's a nice wheel lift, but god damn...!! How much weight did you add to that Chevy. The wheel lift alone must be around 1,500 lbs.. The winch along with mounting plate; maybe another 100 lbs.. ...and then to add the weight of a car in tow? This is all mounted where the spare tire was, right? Behind the axle.
So you would absolutely have to beef up the springs and frame. Which is then even more weight.
HHwrecker the unit weighs 1000 lbs the frame reinforcement is another 100 lbs. The winch is 60 lbs. Toal weight added 1160 lbs 😉

For a unit that will destroy anything it’s compared to is a smoking deal.
A standard wrecker can’t compare to towing cars from point A to B against a Lil Hercules. Our will will work circles are any competitors unit Wrecker body or under body.
We have the only pivot pins that tighten and lack of plastic wear pads so our tubes are tight, not loose and sloppy like a wrecker. Our tubes do not need plastic pads replaced every year. They are tight and stay tight for years and years.
There is no structural purpose to lift or tow a car for the plastic wear pads to be implemented. Hence the reason they make inferior pivot pins so you have to buy them all the time. A every standard wrecker has inferior pivot pins, all other manufacturers adopt that system for the same reason…$$$. Forcing the consumer to purchase the inferior pins and pads annually.
Ever seen the negative tilt on a wrecker (very common to see) when lift a car. The. Potentially damaging an oil pan. Well that NEVER happens to our clients.
Our pins tighten so they are not sloppy and are adjustable. One should never need to need to replace them as long as they are greased and tightened ever 30 cycles.
In our opinion, it is such an insult to intelligence. Some manufacturers even create extra pins so the consumer hast to purchase them. For example, one manufacturer implements three pins for 1 L-Arm to pivot. With fiber bushings that are not grease-able or serviceable and are guaranteed to get wallard out. After so many uses the L-Arm is flopping around like a dead fish. 6 pins for 2 L-Arms to open/close is an insult to intelligence.
If someone can’t see that these units are intentionally built to bring in residual parts sales every year after they’re built new then they are sadly mistaken.
So comparing a unit that is over built for the application versus a unit that is under built, there is no comparison. The only thing the Lil Hercules can’t compete with is doing recovery work, like pulling a car out of a pond. But most clients, 99% of the calls are passenger vehicles towing from point A to point B that is where our unit exceeds the capacities of the industry standards by far & cannot be compared.
Not to mention the comfort is undeniably better and rides 1000x better than a wrecker.
