    This is exactly what we extremely extremely tight people need. Have been searching for content like this months. Tbh I can even come close to a squat like barely 90 90. Its been super stressful.

    mri says minimal effusion in the suprapatellar recess of the joint in left knee
    knee always feels heavy pain,back pain
    actually everything started from ankle twist
    looks like I got imbalance body
    i wanted to take knee aspiration,what are your advise please suggest me 😢 suffering from 2y

      sorry to hear this. I recommend follow a structural balance program like what we do in the UMS Tribe Membership.
      It will make you strong and balanced. You'll perform a lot better and be mostly pain free.

    What if you dont want to spend money on the plan and you have so many great videos how do you piece them together to put into a routine?

      I totally get the appeal of trying to piece together a plan from free content. However, there's a reason that a comprehensive program can't be condensed into a few comments or even multiple RUclips videos. Creating an effective program takes years of knowledge and experience.
      Even though I've been sharing free content for nearly a decade, it's clear that it leaves a lot of people still puzzled on how to effectively implement it. This is why we've broken it down by stages-1, 2, or 3-to guide people more effectively.
      I was in your shoes once, trying to cobble together my own routines from all the RUclips videos I could find. But the truth is, I only saw substantial progress when I started working with a coach who could tailor a program specifically to my needs and goals.
      And who I could communicate with regularly to check on my form and execution of the program.
