Thanks, worked like a charm. I actually couldn't find "upper filters" but I instead deleted everything that wasn't there in your version in this folder and it worked for me.

Thank you for the perfect solution to my problem by modifying the registry file. All other advice that I found was superficial and basically was delete the problem file and restart the computer, replace the driver or worst of all, reinstall Windows.

Once i had that problem on my lenovo laptop, i’ve gone to device manager, then to my graphics driver and then update that but browse from your machine and select the another one, which is not selected from dropdown manu
