You could make a rule to account for different wind conditions. it would take some preparation and break the game permanently.

zeroluu tmh It will be hard, the distance between shots will be wider or more narrow. For wind coming towards you, it will be more narrow and your angles will likely be around the angles of 40-80. With wind going away from you, the angles will range from 80-90 or even facing the other direction. You would need separate rulers for separate wind conditions. if the wind is just low, medium, and high; then it will be easier, but it it goes on a number system of 1-100, it will be challenging.
Over all, it will completely break the game. If you do it, don't post the rulers online. No one will want to play it anymore and the producers will likely become very angry at you.
im not sharing it with anyone and i wont use it much btw its not just a ruler its a sheet of paper so i can get even better shots

pretty sure those aren't cm or inch on that ruler but rather impact location tested on a flat map of all the angles from 90° downwards (at least that's what i would've done ^^) also it's still not hacking rather than triangulating just like in the real world where you do your -always full power, duh- realtime shells based on the distance taken with a rangefinder ;]
