    Hi coach. Do we have the elbows extended for all type of stance? When we defend or attack, does our elbow need to bend everytime on ready position?

      The ready position is one in which the elbows are already bent. Be careful not to straighten your elbows until just before the swing.
      In other words, it is the fastest posture in which a punch is loaded.

    What advice would you give to maintain longevity in this game? Im concerned when i hear stories about people not playing anymore, because of knee, elbow injuries. Are there any recommended vitamin supplements to take etc?

      Weight training, diet control is your job. You probably know the answer, too. What coach Han wants is a "slow swing." It is to build basic muscle strength until you slowly get muscles in your body. I'll make a video about it soon

    Hi Sir, your videos are very informative … please make a video on how the racquet is sleeping on the wrist and how to pull from here …. Basically i am not being able to move the wrist freely when it comes to forehand swing … and hence not being able to pull. If you can make a video on how to keep the wrist relaxed and how to pull zooming the palm … that would be super helpful

    What suggestions do you think are effective against players that constantly drag their elbows down?

      The advice I want to give is this.
      Don't try to reduce your strength. Try starting from 0.
      If your grip is tight, your shoulders will be pulled down. Start with zero power and increase it little by little.

    the underclear should not be as low it should be higher because then u have more options on the court to play.
