Thank you for your effort. Meanwhile, I tried to follow these steps to protect an excel file - office 2013 - , but first I found the "options" button on the bottom not as shown here. In addition, I couldn't find the last two options under "PDF Options" . I succeed to create a secured pdf from a word file using these steps, but i can't do so for excel.

+v neurite Sorry, you can't set multiple passwords on a single pdf file, because it only stores a single password for a file. Instead of this you can share a common password to your friends who wants to use that file or you can create different copies of that file with different passwords.
