- Isaac Del Toro is the new star of cycling. Tadej Pogacar's new partner for 2024 has turned out to be the Mexican cyclist David Lappartient needed to extend his shady business in Central America. The question on everyone's mind is, can he win the Tour de France?

@@uberkloden look at the people who run UAE and TBV - all doped as riders and managed riders who doped for them. TJV, one suspended doper, one perfectly healthy world class rider developes a heart condition and almost dies, and most telling is the total domination not seen since the days of Gewiss, Mapei, US Postal, Telekom, Sky - we all know how they did that, it's in the record books.
