"We won the fight!.. Battled all day long but we won... NO SUNBURN!! NO SUNBURN TODAY!!!".....
The well cap that was removed from infront of the stage, WELLLL... It left an "indent" in the ground that I spent about half the Hip set sliding around in... hahaha.
Pretty PLEASE!,, with a DVD on top!!
😉
I was there too! What an absolute blast. We parked at Caygeon Lanes, the local bowling alley. Grabbed the school bus from the school to get shuttled to the farm (bus had to pull over on the way to let a bunch of us piss). Sam Robert’s opened but everyone was too busy in the beer lines because it was a 1 beer limit, so people just kept lining up. That’s until this wonderful ensemble took the stage and created one of the most memorable weekends with my best friend who has since passed. Would love to see the DVD to see if there’s a chance I can spot us
Got to see them often at small venues in Vermont. Gord was special period
@@grottofrog2978 would have to believe you ARE the luckiest! Would have loved to meet him, the man responsible for so many GREAT TIMES in my life!
Made my day reading your comment! Wish they'd reopened Memorial for the Fully Completely anniversary tour. Was cool to see them at Flynn but would have been a "cathartic" experience to come full circle all those years later. Those first two shows, Road Apples, and Fully are shows I'll never forget. Naive me used to think I was responsible for introducing VT to the Hip. After graduating hs in 89 I moved out to Washington state briefly where I found Up to Here and when I returned to vt I shared their music at parties etc as well as requesting their stuff repeatedly to IZN. Such a silly kid. But anyway, so freaking cool you met the man, the LEGEND and again made my day hearing the band enjoyed those as much as we did. For Another Roadside attraction, I was able to Walk to n from the show right here in MY TOWN. Think you said it too, oh to go back. ✌️🤍🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥 Forever Hip
These shorts are awesome!!! Thx so much

Where the great plains begin … at the Hundredth Meridian
Guy had a Tumor in his head and didn't know it.
Me debunk an American myth, and take my life in my hands?
Where is the full video of this concert? Me and my best friend were there and it was one of the best weekends of my life!
I say again ...if someone asks: is Canada cool? .....Gord ..enough said ✨🕺🇨🇦✌️🪅 ...or THE HIP will do as an answer too
