While the XOOT Pro does look awesome, you have actually helped me find exactly what I was looking for, in the way of a "standard" monitor mount arm. The Ergotron LX line is exactly what I have been looking for, for several months, now. If you have been able to use one, with a heavy, large drawing tablet, for years, without throwing it out the window, then it will be fine for my lighter weight needs. I also like that they have an entire system, so I can expand my mounting system as I need it.
It's funny, posting in online forums was getting me nowhere, trying to find what I needed. And there are just so many monitor mount manufacturers. Plus, they rarely tilt back far enough, or mention how rigid they are. So, I had just given up until I moved to a larger city and could drive around to specialty office furniture stores. But, now I know exactly what I will get. And only because you did a video about upgrading AWAY from exactly what I was looking for.
    Thanks.

I was starting to think this would never come out.
Now that I'm seeing what It can do and how it works I'm very tempted

Honestly, it's such an innovative stand that I would be surprised if it never made it to market.
Once you feel the difference, you wonder why it took this long for someone to see this problem and solve it.

Everything is Out Of Stock? Do you need to Pre-order?

Looks like a pre-order. Been hearing about this thing for 5 years. They seem to want you to buy a "coupon" now for a purchase maybe in January.

Yes, it's only available through the coupon which is facilitating the preorder. They will show as in stock after the preorder ends.

Great review Aaron. I did a preview some time ago and once you get used to it, the movement is so smooth. Unfortunately, I had to get a new desk for my proper job which has a 38’ screen so I don’t have the room. I resorted to the larger ergo hd sit arm which is more stable but a nightmare to move around. It gets my Cintiq pro 24 completely off the desk. The other thing is with my health issues (part of my YT absence), I bring the Cintiq all the way to the arms rests so my elbow is supported and my neck doesn’t bend as much. The Xoot though is really unique and it’s so cool. If I had to room, I’d have one for sure. It’s really easy to slide, a lot, easier than a video can show and Chris is a great guy. The product is solid and probably the last stand you will ever need.

I had thought Wacom new stand was a rebranded Xoot stand???

Nope. It does have a similar-looking exterior but it doesn't do what the XOOT does in terms of magnetic braking, etc.
