I have warmed up pizza on a frying pan. I flip the pizza over, cook both sides with crispy crust. Never thought to cook it the first time like that. Great idea.
I hadn't thought about flipping it over so I'll try that next time. The biggest problem I have is making sure the cheese is melted and it's cooked good enough without burning the bottom. Rick
