But when they exiled giver of runes they just allowed it to come back on the end step.
Question about one of the stack interactions on game 2: When Chair tries to cycle the Eagles, Andrew flashes in the Mindcensor, then it resolves for Chair to cast Swords on it. Wouldn't he finish his cycle (limited to the top 4 because of its ability) before being able to cast Swords?

Plainscycling is still on the stack, so the priority will be back to chair.
