I remember her in all the films mentioned.. i particularly loved her in awhere angels go trouble follows as a spunkie new wave Nun.. picketing grocery stores and happy at any sit in she could find.. she was a beautiful actress TFS ♡♡♡♡♡
Thank you for the information on her life and passing away. She was so talented, and beautiful. She was one of my favorite actors. The world has lost a beautiful lady..
Stella Stevens was Stella Stevens ! The series that she played in and the movies she stared in she was just a wonderful and a beautiful lady. I remember a science fiction movie she stared I can't remember the name but I know the movie when I see it, plus all the others. Rest in peace Stella Stevens you was loved by many and yes I'm one who loved you 🙏❤️🌹✌️
Sad ending for an incredible woman who lived such an intense life full of talent and success. Her favourite role for me will always be Linda Rogo in "The Poseidon Adventure"
I enjoyed her in The Poisiden Adventure and The Nutty Professor. Alzheimer's Disease is such a sad and cruel disease. She is at peace now. Thank you. 🕊️🙏❤️
My condolences to Stella’s family and friends. I saw her in the Nutty Professor but loved her in the Poseidon Adventure…. But it was so sad that she developed Alzheimer’s which she passed away from. RIP dear Stella
Absolutely, we feel the same way! Thank you for sharing your sentiments and for watching our content. What other types of video would you like to see on our channel?
My favorite memory of Stella is in The nutty professor because she was doing comedy but didn't have to act dumb to be funny. I often thought how Marilyn would have loved to have played that role
Gorgeous actress. But acting is very hard work with no 😢. However, her pretty face in film for so many many many years says it all. Rest in Peace lovely lady.
I loved Stella Stevens in the 1969 film The Mad Room with Shelley Winters. Also Cleopatra Jones and the casino of gold. Stella was the best thing in that movie.
I first saw Stella in The Poseidon Adventure as a kid in the early 70s and always thought she was lovely since then. Yes I have long been a fan of real women like Stella and real ships like the Queen Mary (the Poseidon).Today's versions of both are completely disappointing, truly gag inducing.
yeh...Lady Stella did it all...she pulled a mob moll role with Jim Brown in Slaughter...a pioneer in liberal social stuff... high class mudshark ...lolol..still much respect!!👏😎🇺🇸
First of all, so called "Stella Stevens" wasn't her real name. There was nothing wrong with her actual birth name, Estelle Caro Eggleston. She obviously "sold out" her birth name because of the shallowness of the entertainment industry?! Most likely the change was made as the result of a greedy Business Manager, with perceived notions of greater recognition accompanied with monetary gains? In reality, it's also shows blatant disrespect for one's parents & their family heritage, just to possibly obtain (not earn) a greater buck?!
First of all,.. Stella's married name was Stephens. She simplified the spelling to Stevens as people were mispronouncing Stephens. "Stella" is short for Estelle, in the same way as Patty/Patricia, Liz/Elizabeth and so on. I would hardly call that "selling out"!
Aww...loved her in The Poseidon Adventure, The Mad Room,Lil Abner, and The Nutty Professor... And I enjoyed her novel that was based on the life of Elvis... And on the talk shows and interviews she seemed like a very very nice lady.... Real and down to earth
It was love at first sight. When I first saw Stella Stevens in WHERE ANGELS GO, TROUBLE FOLLOWS, I fell madly in love with her. I've watched her dozens of times; her zany antics and loving care for her pupils never fail to move me. I am so thankful she has found peace at last.
Natural beauty (aside from the b**b & nose job), even towards the end, she held up well..A lesson for Actors/Actresses who completely overdo it nowadays.
So sad when you hear of someone passing of Alzheimer's/dementia. It's not a pleasant way to go, generally sending years slowly degrading both physically and mentally. The quality of your life is pretty bad. If Stella Stevens had to move into an assisted living facility in 2016, she must of been suffering from Alzheimer's years before. Always loved her.
@@FactsVerse I truly believe she was a gorgeous person. I loved her in “The Nutty Professor” 1963. Jerry Lewis became a gorgeous hunk in that movie too, which was great for women to watch. He became that 4 knuckle guy, of where you try to bite all your knuckles in wonderment of his cuteness. LOL
@@FactsVerse Stella’s son is a fantastic actor. You should see if you can find the episodes of Dallas he was in. Sorry I don’t know which year it was in the 80s. And BTW your video on Stella’s career was really warm and nice, not like most of the computer voice stupid videos that come out.

The Nutty professor was a good movie as well.

Why did you show pics of a different movie when citing Stevens’ on “The Poseidon Adventure”?
They get a lot wrong on these channels. Very sloppy. They hope no one notices.
Oh...she was so cute! I love her!!

@@FactsVerse I loved her on Bonanza!!
How getting older changes so many people! How it goes from being beautiful to wrinkles and old age. She was beautiful when young.

I always think of the beautiful and handsome as they were when we were young.
