My kids & I always do that, too🙂 They love waving & yelling hi, to every 1st responder that drives by us, ESP when in our neighborhood, when they're leaving after completing their calls - they're here at least once a week. The ones in our neighborhood always wave back, & many of the fire trucks, ambulances, & police cars, have waved back, while turning on their lights & sirens, to put on a lil show for the kids- they LOVE it every time 😁
