I believe if the house had been built smaller or the right size for the lot, this will sell faster. The target market would be much broader than targeting big families who are wealthy. A big family with money would rather buy a big lot and design their own house. Again, this is typical Filipino house and lot, small lot with an oversized house. A smaller house with solar panels with be a much better buy.
