- We got our yearly traditional photos at the Apple Orchard...and don't ask if it bothers me that not all the kids are here for the photos. it sure does :( We then do some Target Shopping and bring the dogs home some fun presents. Karli gets some new things for her bedroom as well.

I used to take my daughter to Erie Orchards every fall. It’s a really cute place. Would like to get out to Gust Bros before the end of the month.

I love today's video❤💜 and I love fall it's a little bit cold I am already in my sweatpants and I love them I actually walked into a store yesterday and got two pairs of sweatpants second store I got six pairs of sweatpants again I now have a total of 8 pairs of sweatpants and lots of hoodies and sweatshirts I love wearing them❤❤💜💜💖💖💗💗 and I sometimes need to here about Mental Health❤💜

I wanted to comment about Karli's cat's picking her chair, I am a cat owner and have ran into this problem as well. My cat does this because of anxiety but it's also a normal and healthy habit for cats too. Something my vet recommended was either doing nail caps, clipping nails often, having toys they can pick on and reinforcing positive behavior when they do pick the toy. I personally wouldn't recommend the spray you can get in a pet store just because it smells like a chai latte so it didn't do anything. However my vet also explained there is some liquid they could perscribe that is clear. You put in the liquid in spots they pick and it covers up the scent so they don't want to anymore. That might be something to talk to a vet about if you wanted to try and have them stop picking that specific part but I don't know too much about that. That seemed like a last resort if none of the other solutions worked which I still haven't found one that has for mine just because his anxiety is bad. If Karli hasn't clipped their nails before its super easy to do and nail clippers are cheap! I was a little scared to do it at first but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad.

Please share your experience with mental health! There’s always been a stigma against mental health and getting help for it that anyone talking about it is beneficial!
I heard a lil bit of a 'thunk' when that apple Chase threw hit you Candi. I also noticed he didn't actually try to throw it in your direction. It just happened to go that direction.
I'd say it makes sense to talk about such things as mental health, anxiety, etc, as it can be helpful to others. The problem with such communication is some use wording that either makes what's said false or it's insisted that it's right/true. Wording really matters, which is something I'd have to say to be as careful with as possible. Another wording issue ('fault') is the 'reality' that no one has to experience anything to know anything about it - no one has to do, or have ever done, this, that and the other, to know anything about it - this can be true for anything. Then there's the possibility of differences. A dedicated video might be ok, but there are times a dedicated video isn't necessary. If you have more to add to a given video or want to add more then there's really nothing stopping you from doing so unless you decide otherwise.
If people don’t want to listen your mental health updates it’s easy to just skip that part of the video. I enjoy them and I bet a lot of people find them helpful 👍🏻
