Lwk I would love if they had an event for disney channel movies and shows like descendants, high school musical, Austin and Ally and such but it would just be clothes, furniture and decals, adding those characters would be to realistic but that would be amazing

I honestly think dreamlight valley needs to stick with just animated franchises. In my ideal game we would have all of the classic characters like Aladdin, Alice in wonderland, peter pan, snow white, tarzan, hercules. And a few but not all from Pixar. I don't think Star Wars or MCU stuff fits the vibe of the game tbh
My daughter bought DDLV for me on my birthday 2 years ago. She bought the DLC for me for Christmas 2023. Tell your mom I'm 65 and LOVE the game. My daughter does help me sometimes and your videos have helped me as well.
Serroh, I love the events that you came up with. I said a bubble event where we could earn or have craftables that produced different color bubbles 🫧 and a neon event where again you can earn neon items such as facepaint/makeup and other items. 😊
I was only 99% happy with this survey because they left out the one character that needs to come to the game. We need Hades from Hercules to explain why we have deceased villains in the game. Didn't the Forgotten see these films all the way to the end?

I think the last episode was rushed though and things weren’t fully thought through, but otherwise I’ve always loved Star. And yeah, a DLC for those characters would make a lot of sense cuz they’re not as widely known
@@j3nnacat Well, what bothered me with Star in season 4 is the way she justifies her selfish actions with "We're teenagers, we do dumb stuff". THAT'S NOT AN EXCUSE GIRL! When we say stuff like, it's sure because we don't want them to feel to bad about their dumb decision because of course they will make them, but it's also so they LEARN from them... It's not a magic phrase to justify doing dumb stuff on purpose on repeat. I understand she goes under a lot of pressure with every thing going on this season, but if at least Star had learn her mistake, I would have more respect for her... Hell, even the creator said that destroying magic was a dumb teenage thing... Thanks for runing (even more) the ending of the show creator 😑
@@claireaquos6532 ah I see! I guess I didn’t see any of her actions in season 4 as selfish, or at least so selfish that it ruins her character for me. As an adult watching the show, I thought they did a good job balancing her trying to be a teen (and having some flaws a teen would have) but also having immense responsibility on her shoulders. Especially destroying magic! That was one of the most selfless things she could have done because it had severe consequences for her (her family no longer being able to do magic and her never being able to see her earth friends again) but it saved everyone’s lives. I think what makes it hard to swallow is how rushed that revaluation was and the writers didn’t properly explore it as an avenue to us viewers before throwing it out of left field, but just like with owl house and amphibia, I’m sure they were working under a faster timeline for their show to end than they wanted and had to rush how that ending played out. All of these shows had less than satisfactory endings for me because of how rushed they were
Just because YOU don't want Star Wars, doesn't mean others wouldn't be more than thrilled to see it implemented in the game, and it would be a wild reason for someone to stop playing... Don't like a certain character, then interact with them as little as possible, or just don't unlock them. But don't ruin the fun for other people who DO want Star Wars in the game
Star Wars would belong in a DLC expansion for as big as it would have to be to have any relevance in this game. As base game goes there is no room for it
@@j3nnacat I understand what you're saying, but I also really don't want star wars characters. They don't really fit with the rest of the characters in the valley. I also don't much like Vanellope, but I have no choice but to constantly interact with her because of quests so if Star Wars isn't an optional DLC, I don't see how you can get away from them.
I did survey to quick too. I thought of an idea that I think we would all love and enjoy. What about if other characters could drop in at different times of the year. For example, Donald's nephews for the holidays, Goofy's son Max for Spring break, A different member of Mirabel's family during a festival time, Sally at Christmas, etc etc. They could make mini star paths or quests to do with them. I am sure they could think of all sorts of things they could do. If any one think this is a good idea and hasn't done survey...Fit it on somewhere! As it would be fab!!
I'm disappointed to see that Treasure Planet was left out of this survey in terms of most wanted IPs in future content for the game. Which means that for obvious reasons, the underrated masterpiece won't be getting representation in the game anytime soon. But I'm still holding onto hope for that to finally happen someday. 🤞
For the in game event theme, I requested something based around the red roses that you get with Beast! We have no use for those flowers right now and this would potentially give us recipes to use finally and craft cute items :)

I died happy seeing emperors new groove on the survey! I would love to see characters from the movie in the game like omg having kuzco or yzma! Or even kronk!
For my idea for future events was expanding on the already established in game quest storylines: The Forgotten and their Poetry Corner, the Astronomy Club from WALL·E’s Quest, The Valleys Greatest Detective from Belle’s Quest, the Tiny Villager Group from Mushu’s Quest, Festival of Friendship from Mirabel’s Quest, or The Prankster Duo of Vanellope and Stitch. I love the world building of those quests and just sadly feel they are overlooked or forgotten. Giving them events makes them more established in the valley.
After looking back on some Disney shows, I'm starting to think Sofia and Cedric, from "Sofia the First", would be great characters to join into the game. And besides, not only we'll have another sorcerer in the game, but Cedric will be hanging out with his hero - Merlin! (Yes some Disney characters are canon to the show. Heck, even the 3 Fairies, from Sleeping Beauty, and Tiana was in the show!

I’d love for a little mermaid (animated and live action), beauty and the beast (animated and live action), Cinderella (animated and live action), Aladdin (animated and live action), and lion king (animated and live action) themed event someday. I can picture a lot of awesome decor, hairstyles, and outfits inspired by those movies.
She’s my absolute favorite too. My fear is that people won’t vote for her to come because of the reason Serroh gave then the devs won’t add her because they think people don’t want her to come.
@@hannahcooper8135 oh I know she was shown in the trailer. It was the reason why I initially bought the game. I’m worried though that they see people voting against her they won’t actually fully add her to the game. Even though people do want her, they just aren’t voting for her because she was already seen in the trailer so they think she’s 100% coming. But hopefully they do still fully add her regardless since she was seen in the trailer.
For the in-game events. I put 101 Dalmatians. Finding 101 Dalmatians around the valley and unlocking a Dalmatian puppy as a companion when completed. A stitch event, where a couple of experiments have escaped and we have to search around the valley to catch them, and at the end, we get to keep some as companions. (Leroy, angel, Reuben, and sparky as my top picks for companions). A chicken little event where we have to search the valley for pieces of the sky. Once we find the last piece, we discover Kirby the alien hiding under it and we get to keep him as a companion. For Halloween, the bus to Halloween town can arrive, and we get to visit Halloween town for the day. Meet characters from the movies, play games, and win awards. The cheetah girls are in town, and we get to hang out with them, do tasks for them to get character themed awards, and watch them have a concert before they go. (You can also do Hannah Montana and HSM Cast). These would be fun.
Id absolutely love to see more basic clothing and hairdos, and fr wouldnt mind a expansion pack under under the sea kinda vibes , would love to be a mermaid or atleast feel like one 😅

I’m guessing by this time next year we’ll have gotten either a new dlc or info/ close to one Cinderella,Ralph,Timon and Pumba since they’re the last confirmed people from trailers and we got the title screen ones finished last year and then either Peter Pan characters or Atlantis from skull rock and then trickled in some new people from the survey
I wouldn’t mind having the Dalmatians as critters or the Aristocats (think the 3 kittens as one critter slot) but I’m not bothered about having them as characters
Couldn't help but notice Rex (Toy Story) was mentioned in the last survey but not this one ... Also, Timon and Pumbaa aren't mentioned at all .... which makes me speculate they may have won that vote and may be coming within the next roadmap we get.
I like that they're considering exploring the Disney Channel universe. Kim Possible was one of my 90s crushes 😍 However, I'll need a bigger beach should they decide to bring Hannah Montana to the game 😂

I loved both of your ideas for future in-game events. Considering that Snow White was on the list for characters we like to see added gives me hope that she'll be added. I extremely hope that Snow White is added. Personally, I would love for Star Wars to be added as well and I also said as a DLC, because I know not everyone would want them, at least with a DLC people can decide if they want to pay for Star Wars to be added.
The one part of this survey that kind of got me pumped up. Listing the charters saying whether you wanted to really see them, had no interest in them at all, or neutral. And lol can't lie kind of got a little hyped up noticing Kim Possible was an option. I'd love to have those characters or at the very least I suppose I could maybe settle for KP-related items/clothing. Even though I'd prefer Kim herself hanging around. Besides, come on how funny would it be watching Mother Gothal and Shego being snarky to one another? EDIT: Wait something dawned on me. I only approve of Kim Possible happening in DDLV if it's the OG series. Not that horrible live-action version they did.

Star wars needs to be DLC not main game. I do like start wars but i dont want any star wars characters or houses in my village, i just dont think they fit. So i think a DLC pack maybe smaller than eternity isles with there own world and they can just stay in there if you like lol

I think what makes it hard to swallow is how rushed that revaluation was and the writers didn’t properly explore it as an avenue to us viewers before throwing it out of left field, but just like with owl house and amphibia, I’m sure they were working under a faster timeline for their show to end than they wanted and had to rush how that ending played out. All of these shows had less than satisfactory endings for me because of how rushed they were

Just because YOU don't want Star Wars, doesn't mean others wouldn't be more than thrilled to see it implemented in the game, and it would be a wild reason for someone to stop playing... Don't like a certain character, then interact with them as little as possible, or just don't unlock them. But don't ruin the fun for other people who DO want Star Wars in the game
It would be a sweet dlc, or SW themed items..
Star Wars would belong in a DLC expansion for as big as it would have to be to have any relevance in this game. As base game goes there is no room for it
@@j3nnacat I understand what you're saying, but I also really don't want star wars characters. They don't really fit with the rest of the characters in the valley. I also don't much like Vanellope, but I have no choice but to constantly interact with her because of quests so if Star Wars isn't an optional DLC, I don't see how you can get away from them.

I did survey to quick too. I thought of an idea that I think we would all love and enjoy. What about if other characters could drop in at different times of the year.
For example, Donald's nephews for the holidays, Goofy's son Max for Spring break, A different member of Mirabel's family during a festival time, Sally at Christmas, etc etc. They could make mini star paths or quests to do with them. I am sure they could think of all sorts of things they could do.

I'm disappointed to see that Treasure Planet was left out of this survey in terms of most wanted IPs in future content for the game. Which means that for obvious reasons, the underrated masterpiece won't be getting representation in the game anytime soon. But I'm still holding onto hope for that to finally happen someday. 🤞

For the in game event theme, I requested something based around the red roses that you get with Beast! We have no use for those flowers right now and this would potentially give us recipes to use finally and craft cute items :)

For my idea for future events was expanding on the already established in game quest storylines:
The Forgotten and their Poetry Corner, the Astronomy Club from WALL·E’s Quest, The Valleys Greatest Detective from Belle’s Quest, the Tiny Villager Group from Mushu’s Quest, Festival of Friendship from Mirabel’s Quest, or The Prankster Duo of Vanellope and Stitch.
I love the world building of those quests and just sadly feel they are overlooked or forgotten. Giving them events makes them more established in the valley.
I went and took the survey tonight. I really liked your ideas for what they could add to the valley. I'm also wanting more villain based things.
After looking back on some Disney shows, I'm starting to think Sofia and Cedric, from "Sofia the First", would be great characters to join into the game. And besides, not only we'll have another sorcerer in the game, but Cedric will be hanging out with his hero - Merlin! (Yes some Disney characters are canon to the show. Heck, even the 3 Fairies, from Sleeping Beauty, and Tiana was in the show!
I can't believe noone is talking about the potential racecar driving around the valley if Cars gets added.

I’d love for a little mermaid (animated and live action), beauty and the beast (animated and live action), Cinderella (animated and live action), Aladdin (animated and live action), and lion king (animated and live action) themed event someday. I can picture a lot of awesome decor, hairstyles, and outfits inspired by those movies.

@@hannahcooper8135 oh I know she was shown in the trailer. It was the reason why I initially bought the game. I’m worried though that they see people voting against her they won’t actually fully add her to the game. Even though people do want her, they just aren’t voting for her because she was already seen in the trailer so they think she’s 100% coming. But hopefully they do still fully add her regardless since she was seen in the trailer.

For the in-game events. I put 101 Dalmatians. Finding 101 Dalmatians around the valley and unlocking a Dalmatian puppy as a companion when completed. A stitch event, where a couple of experiments have escaped and we have to search around the valley to catch them, and at the end, we get to keep some as companions. (Leroy, angel, Reuben, and sparky as my top picks for companions). A chicken little event where we have to search the valley for pieces of the sky. Once we find the last piece, we discover Kirby the alien hiding under it and we get to keep him as a companion. For Halloween, the bus to Halloween town can arrive, and we get to visit Halloween town for the day. Meet characters from the movies, play games, and win awards. The cheetah girls are in town, and we get to hang out with them, do tasks for them to get character themed awards, and watch them have a concert before they go. (You can also do Hannah Montana and HSM Cast). These would be fun.
Id absolutely love to see more basic clothing and hairdos, and fr wouldnt mind a expansion pack under under the sea kinda vibes , would love to be a mermaid or atleast feel like one 😅

I’m guessing by this time next year we’ll have gotten either a new dlc or info/ close to one Cinderella,Ralph,Timon and Pumba since they’re the last confirmed people from trailers and we got the title screen ones finished last year and then either Peter Pan characters or Atlantis from skull rock and then trickled in some new people from the survey
I wouldn’t mind having the Dalmatians as critters or the Aristocats (think the 3 kittens as one critter slot) but I’m not bothered about having them as characters

I loved both of your ideas for future in-game events. Considering that Snow White was on the list for characters we like to see added gives me hope that she'll be added. I extremely hope that Snow White is added. Personally, I would love for Star Wars to be added as well and I also said as a DLC, because I know not everyone would want them, at least with a DLC people can decide if they want to pay for Star Wars to be added.
The one part of this survey that kind of got me pumped up. Listing the charters saying whether you wanted to really see them, had no interest in them at all, or neutral. And lol can't lie kind of got a little hyped up noticing Kim Possible was an option. I'd love to have those characters or at the very least I suppose I could maybe settle for KP-related items/clothing. Even though I'd prefer Kim herself hanging around. Besides, come on how funny would it be watching Mother Gothal and Shego being snarky to one another?
EDIT: Wait something dawned on me. I only approve of Kim Possible happening in DDLV if it's the OG series. Not that horrible live-action version they did.

Star wars needs to be DLC not main game. I do like start wars but i dont want any star wars characters or houses in my village, i just dont think they fit. So i think a DLC pack maybe smaller than eternity isles with there own world and they can just stay in there if you like lol
